Pros: Clean and quiet accommodation, with friendly staff and a good breakfast.

Cons: The only downside was that I was renovating my hallway and I'm allergic to dust.

Pros: Location was perfect! It located outside of the busyness of the city centre but close enough to utilise the excellent public transport links. Various shops, restaurants and cafes all in the local area. Special mention for Mattia on reception who was always pleasant, welcoming and would take time to make conversation

Lovely hotel, better than average 3star in Rome. Recommended!

Pros: Very comfy accommodation in a quiet residential area, at short walking distance from Piazza Bologna, Villa Torlonia and other nearby gardens, restaurants and shops. Friendly staff, clean, better than average 3 star hotels in Rome.

Cons: There's no lift. Some better maintenance may improve the rating. I asked for invoice at booking stage, sent 2 reminders, 4 weeks later I am still waiting for it.
