Hotel Regina Margherita

Pros: Old-style hotel with lots of character and old-style exceptional customer service. It is located in a beautiful part of Rome, close to metro, cafes, and supermarket. In the morning, the hotel sets up a small area with free drinks, pastries, and fresh fruit for guests to start their day, which was really appreciated.

Cons: Nothing.

Very good hotel, excellent value for money

Pros: The staff were incredibly attentive and with excellent communication from the moment I booked. The room was clean, the right size, and overall very good; the bed comfortable, with two pillows of different height. The value for money was great. The breakfast corner was much appreciated. Very close to metro B.

Perfect place to spend the New Year's holiday.

Pros: The staff was so lovely and kind. The location is also perfect, very close to the city center, there are also supermarkets and really good restaurants nearby. We loved our room as well. Clean and cosy.

Cons: No such thing.

Pros: Very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location everything you need is within walking distance. Definitely recommend!

Pros: The reception staff is very helpful, particularly, Mr. Davide, I greatly appreciate his help. He was well organised, he knew the answer for every question and found a resolution for every sudden situation (e.g. an unexpected strike of public transport). The hotel was very convenient for me: quiet and cosy, I could really relax after my conference. The breakfast is not available in the hotel but guests are offered a coffee /tea, juice, fruit and small snacks in the morning. This information is provided along with booking, so I was not disappointed but satisfied with the morning coffee in the hotel.

Pros: The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was kind and knowing we had to work during our stay they provided us with very good WIFI connection. Thank you!

Cons: Only minus is some unpleasant smell which was coming from the piping in the bathroom

Pros: Unique location, inside Galleria Umberto I. Great atmosphere and charme. Central and convenient for city tours. The staff was courteous and approachable. Our room was clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast with a mix of English and Continental breakfast, and a selection of typical sweets such as sfogliatelle, lemon tarte, caprese cake etc.

Cons: The central location and Galleria means that rooms are not quiet all the time, with some night disturb from streat cleaning service, cafe' downstairs etc

Pros: Basic room with a good location next to the bus stop and near the metro station from where you can easily reach the city center. Friendly staff at the reception

Pros: Room and bathroom excelent for the size I had booked. Very clean and very comfortable, well equipped. Linen and towels changed everyday. My room was on the 3rd floor and there is a lift working from 7am to 11pm, very important when you have to carry heavy luggage or other items. Although the hotel does not offer a paid breakfast, what the hotel supplies as courtesy is a god variety of juices, fruits, hot and cold drinks, pastries/snacks, etc which is more than expected to start your day. Excellent reception staff and support for every detail.

Cons: Slight odour from the waste pipes.

Pros: I stayed here for a conference at Sapienza University. The location was perfect—close to the campus, near Termini Station, and in a nice, clean area. The room was fine; some parts were slightly worn, but it wasn’t an issue. Everyone at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Definitely a very pleasant stay!

Cons: Nothing major to complain about. They didn’t serve breakfast, but they did offer some croissants and drinks in the morning, which was nice. Also, since there is a busy road in front of the hotel, it was occasionally a bit noisy.
