Great value Best Western

Pros: Very comfortable and clean hotel in a quiet neighbourhood 5-10 mins walk from the metro line B. A delicious breakfast buffet with great choice and cappuccino from the bar. Excellent rainfall shower in spacious bathroom in the king-size room.

Cons: We first got checked into room not booked. But reception staff were fine about upgrading to a new bigger room with balcony.

Value for money choice, central location, good breakfast. Ideal for a short city break.

Pros: Breakfast was very good with variety of options, no complaints. Hotel reaction in an issue with a curtain that fell off in our room was rapid, fixed it in same day. Bravo!

Cons: Room could have been cleaned better prior to our arrival. Otherwise, it was big enough with balcony.

Staff were efficient and friendly and were very helpful when I had an accident.

Pros: Hotel was clean and uncluttered, minimalist. Not a usual tourist hotel because it’s located near the hospital and University so local restaurants , coffee shops etc were full of students so finding food was no problem.

Cons: Being close to the hospital meant ambulance siren occurred often and loud.q

Pros: The location was perfect since we wanted to have a look at la Sapienza. Breakfast was great with a lot of options.

It was ok, but location a bit distant from the main attractions

Pros: Breakfast was great. Room - the three of us got a room for handicap people. We needed to move to another room after first night and our suitcases although promissed where not mived to another room.

Combination of comfort, service, and accessibility makes it an excellent choice

Pros: This was my second time staying at this hotel, and once again it exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, reflecting the hotel’s high standards of cleanliness. The staff are exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast is abundant and varied, offering a wide selection to suit every taste. Although the hotel is located slightly outside the city center, the connection is very convenient – bus 310 takes you to Termini in just five minutes. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Rome.

We had a peasant stay at the hotel. I would recommend it to family and friends.

Pros: It was wonderful to have the breakfast included. Our rooms were not ready when we first arrived but it didn’t take long and they allowed us to sit and wait in the lobby until they were ready . The staff at the front desk were pleasant and helpful. They called cabs for us it was easy to walk nearby and find a restaurant.
