Comfortable and calm oasis in a lovely old building in Rome. Modern and well-appointed rooms

Pros: Great location near the river and close to all the major sights of central Rome. Very comfortable room and nice bathroom. Very helpful staff—- Nicola and Massimo had very helpful suggestions for walking routes and restaurants. Would stay again on a return to Rome

Perfect location in a beautiful room

Pros: Perfectly located, close to everything. A fresh and beautiful room that was cleaned daily. Excellent communication with the staff from booking to check-out — everything was smooth and welcoming.

Beautiful, clean, and cozy.

Pros: The place was beautiful, clean, and cozy. It’s very close to Trastevere and the historic center. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Rome. The staff were very helpful and kindly offered us cookies, panettone, and wine for Christmas.

Excellent attentive service before and during the stay. Comfortable, clean and warm room for winter travel in December.

Pros: Attentive and friendly staff, respond promptly to questions and requests. Have a good service attitude to meet our requests. Room is made up daily, coffee pods and water refilled without fail. They even refill the water for the coffee machine. Comfortable bed, clean and warm room, good enough hot shower for winter travel. We want to stay not to far away from the Vatican City as well as the Colosseum, and this hotel location is great for that purpose, as it is also within walking distance to the Piazza Navona and the Pantieon.

Cons: Really nothing. I have the preference of a lighter colour shower area. The room we had for 4 nights was with dark tiles. Felt a bit trapped. Of course this is personal preference.

Wonderful 8 night stay, lots to see and experience in Rome and enhanced by our great accommodation

Pros: It was central, reasonable size room, great bathroom, quite, great bed, the breakfasts, airport pick up and drop off, cute lift , but above all, Massimo and Lorenzo were brilliant in providing advice on what to see, how to get there and importantly where to eat Roman style.

Cons: It was brilliant no faults

Great modern, clean apartment with all needs met and excellent staff and a central location!

Pros: Staff were great, apartment was clean, modern and had everything we needed. Appreciated the drinks in the fridge and them being topped up for free and the little touches with the nuts and crisps on entry to our room. Plenty of towels, a dressing gown and slippers were a lovely addition and was cleaned daily. Would definitely return as the location was superb too. Thank you ☺️

Cons: felt like i was going to roll off the bed and the bathroom door was very close to the sink but not enough to be an issue.

Great choice for a stay. Lovely room and easy process to check in and find.

Pros: The property was a small boutique set of apartments within a building. There is a manned reception in the mornings and easy self check in and out thereafter. The staff were excellent. The room was spacious clean and well appointed. Check in was easy.

Cons: Nothing about it. It was not a full hotel but a partially managed apartment. But that made it feel nice and relaxed.

We enjoyed our stay which was close to the major attractions and restaurants.

Pros: The property was easy to get to and had a lift - what a bonus! It was spotless and we got complimentary breakfast and drinks in our mini bar! Lorenzo and Nicola were great, and very helpful! Thank you!

Perfect Rome Stay

Pros: Amazing location, walking distance from all of the major attractions. The room was a great size, with the most comfortable bed! The staff was lovely, and very helpful. Easy check in instructions, and easy to find.
