Great lovely flat. Great location. Lovely owner.

Pros: Clean cute flat with everything all provided. Breakfast and coffee facilities which got replenished daily. Big towels, cute balcony, very clean. And the owner is lovely. Extremely attentive and helped us out by storing our bags on the last day and provided lots of advance info on the flat. Made sure we got in ok even although it was very late. Excellent location too.

Cons: Nothing.

A lovely peaceful spot in easy reach of the main historic attractions

Pros: Fantastic location. Campo dei Fiori, Navona and Trastevere all within 10 mins gentle wander, but still very quiet and peaceful! Good plentiful breakfast provisions. Nicely decorated and serviced daily. Communication was very prompt, friendly and easy.

Host made us feel very welcome, authentic comfortable stay in ancient character building in heart of Rome.

Pros: The location is perfect, easy walk to Colloseum, Vatican, Pantheon and local streets and markets. Lovely balcony with refreshing breeze to sit outside and relax in the heart of Rome.

Fabulous time in Rome. Enjoyed seeing all the sights & having some amazing food.

Pros: Location was fabulous. Central to everywhere & close Trastevere. Host, Cristian, was excellent. Kindly organised our Taxi to the airport & met us at the apartment to show us around.

Cons: Shower was very small.

Fantastic location in the centre of Rome

Pros: The area is perfect, located in an historic building just in the centre of Rome with its own astonishing charme - and we could discover the whole city by foot. Christian, our host, was super friendly and helpful! There is everything you need to feel comfy, simple but good breakfast with fresh fruit and toast, and having this on the balcony is just fantastic! We can 100% recommend this place!

Cons: The bed is quite short (I guess 1,80m) and the shower small, which is fair due to the small rooms but might be too small for tall people (for us it was perfectly fine).

Wonderful stay in an excellent location

Pros: We’ve just returned from a fantastic stay at Pettinary Village. The room was perfect and the terrace was lovely for sitting out and enjoying breakfast in the sunshine each morning. The location was excellent we were walking distance to everywhere we wanted to visit. Highly recommended!
