Quiet, Stylish and Well Located

Pros: The location was excellent, close to many shops, cafés, restaurants, and bars. It’s also very near the bus station, which was extremely convenient since we used it often. The place was very clean and comfortable. Perfect if you’re looking for an authentic Italian experience.

Cons: I really liked the design of the place. The bathroom was very functional, which is very important to me, and there was always hot water available. The windows were excellent, they blocked out all outside noise completely and the blackout curtains were a great touch. Overall, it was comfortable, quiet, and very clean, everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Pros: Great location with superb hosts. Very comfortable rooms with nice appointments. Lovely breakfast in cafe downstairs. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Location, lovely hosts.

Pros: Location was fantastic, comfy bed and good size room. Hosts were friendly and very helpful, very secure location and we had no issues finding it. Also baggage storage near by is a plus. Close to top attractions and places to eat and drink. Breakfast in cafe was great for a couple of visits but could get a bit boring for longer stays.

Cons: Unfortunately the cafe next door is noisey at night and although double glazed and block out curtains if you’re not a sound sleeper definitely bring ear plugs. Minor detail but milk in the room and drinking glasses would have been welcome.

Pros: Ideal location, close to Campo Di fiori and a quick walk to all the main attractions. Lovely room with a comfortable bed, clean bathroom and attractive decor. Host was very easy to communicate with and accessing the room was very straightforward.

Cons: Our room was a little tight for two. A luggage rack instead of a vintage desk, despite being a charming touch, would be more useful in a room that size

Pros: The location was excellent for visiting the main sights in Rome on foot. Room was comfortable but a bit small for the price.

Cons: The layout of the room separated the toilet and the bathroom.

Pros: Good breakfast at cafe. Good location very close to piazza navona pantheon and trevi fountain. Excellent hosts Madeline and Barbara were amazing. Will definitely stay again.

Easy to travel around Rome from the property.

Pros: Lovely room in a typical flat in Rome. Well appointed. Warm welcome from the host.

Cons: All was great.

Centrally located amazing cosy boutique b&b

Pros: The furnishings felt like you were in Italy with the gorgeous fresco painting. Location was unbelievable. Close to the best places to eat and shop. Breakfast was a different continental breakfast every morning. Fresh and delicious. Not an American/western breakfast. When we needed our breakfast earlier all we had to do is let them know and they catered for us. Coffee downstairs was delicious. It felt incredibly safe. We will be booking again

Good location and comfortable stay!

Pros: The room was a lovely size and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. The room was warm as we stayed there in Winter and the area was quiet with a good coffee shop next door. The breakfast that came with the room was a lovely touch and delicious!

Cons: The apartment upstairs was being renovated so there was a little banging and sawdust coming from the roof, but this is no fault of the apartment we stayed in. Would still stay there again
