Comfy and quiet

Pros: It was very clean and nicely decorated. Large kitchen area is nice.

Cons: I had a hard time with the stairs. There is no elevator and we were on the 2nd floor. Having the bathroom separated by the kitchen was ok, but better if it was in the same room.

Pros: The house , the room, the bathroom everything is just perfect. Really clean and cosy! I will definitely come back here. The owner is really nice and quick to answer.. I really love this place . Thank you

Best location

Pros: Location is perfect, its just 5 minutes of walk to Vatican, 10 minutes to Pantheon. Everything is very near! Next to the apartment is the best bakery, so you can have fresh breakfast! I recomand you gelato from Neve di Latte- the best ice cream! Accomodation is very clean. We were quite surprised, because we had bathroom out of our room- we had to go through the shared kitchen, so it was quite uncomfortable. We had a room for 2 person, the other apartment had its own bathroom. In the shared kitchen there is a tea, coffee etc., so you can use it.

Cons: Bathroom out of our room.

Pros: Posizione. Struttura pulita spaziosa e calda. Alessia disponibilissima.

Pros: とにかくスタッフの方の対応が大変素晴らしかったです。 おすすめのレストランを教えてくれたりと手厚い対応をしていただけました。

Cons: バスルームが共有スペースを通らなくてはいけない点です。

Prachtige frisse en ruime locatie, centraal gelegen.

Pros: De ligging, het frisse uiterlijk van de kamers, het prettige contact met de host, de heerlijke koffie. Leuk uitzicht op echte Italiaanse straten, nabijheid van een goed bakkertje en ijstenten

Cons: Het bed was te hard (persoonlijke smaak). Andere bezoekers in het appartement waarvan de kamer aan de gedeelde keuken zit. Je weet niet of ze aanwezig zijn, waardoor je misschien onnodig stil bent. Ook wat ongemakkelijk als zij naar het toilet/de douche willen (dan moeten ze door de keuken lopen). Als je beide gebruik wil maken van de keuken voor het ontbijt is het ook lastig. Er is een kleine tafel met maar vier stoelen, we zijn maar vier koffiekopjes en 4 theemokken. Bij ons gingen de andere gasten gelukkig niet in het appartement ontbijten, dus bij ons ging het goed. Iets meer stoelen, eventueel in de kamers zou in ieder geval handig zijn (ook erg leuk om voor het raam te zitten en te genieten van het Italiaanse leven op straat. Het appartement was redelijk schoon, met uitzondering van de matten. Die zagen er niet fris uit.

Zdecydowanie polecam

Pros: Apartament jest położony w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji przy małej uliczce. Na dole budynku znajduje się fantastyczna piekarnia, gdzie codziennie jedliśmy śniadania. Do wszystkich największych atrakcji Rzymu można dojść na piechotę lub dojechać kilka przystanków autobusem. Przystanek znajduje się około 130 m od domu. Bardzo miły i łatwy kontakt z właścicielką, która pozwoliła wcześniej się zameldować i później opuścić pokój. Pokoje były czyste i przestronne. Do dyspozycji jest też wspólna kuchnia.

Cons: Jedyny minus to hałas, głównie od trwającego pod oknami remontu ulicy. Okna są stare i zupełnie nie wytłumiają hałasu. Należy zabrać ze sobą stopery do uszu.

Gastvrij & goed verzorgd.

Pros: Het contact en de gastvrijheid van de gastvrouw is geweldig. heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Bij aankomst mochten wij al eerder inchecken en werden wij met een grote glimlach ontvangen om vervolgens een rondleiding te krijgen door het appartement. Dit was een erg fijne start van onze stedentrip in Rome en wij voelde ons gelijk thuis. Verder is de ligging perfect met alle bezienswaardigheden en faciliteiten op loopafstand. Kamer was netjes en gezellig ingericht en was ook goed schoon. Elk detail was over na gedacht complimenten hiervoor!! Wij willen de contactpersoon/gastvrouw erg bedanken voor haar service en gastvrijheid en wij raden dit verblijf zeker aan.

Cons: Het appartement was heel fijn, het enige nadeel is dat het ‘s nachts best gehorig kan zijn doordat de vuilnisbakken buiten dan geleegd worden.

Pros: Location is perfect. The room is clean and calm, despite being located in the centre in Rome.

Cons: I felt it was a bit expensive. The kitchen is not very useful or well equipped, but that did not matter. Note that the bathroom is out of the room, but I was not really bothered by it.

Mūs viss apmierināja

Pros: Naktsmītne ir tuvu apskates objektiem Tuvu ēstuves Numuriņa virtuve ir kopīga ar vēl vienu numiriņu, bet tas neteaucēja. Virtuve labi aprīkota Numuriņā ir kondicionieris un wc piederumi (zobu birste, mini zobu pasta, ziepes utt)
