Great views, will return 2 this Hotel someday soon

Pros: Thoroughbred Italian Family run hotel. The whole family (to paraphrase DJ Trump) is really, really, really friendly & interesting; father Giovanni, daughters Sharon & Alexia & son John-Michael. Night managers, u couldn't ask for much nicer, friendlier staff; Bassem 😂 & Bassem # 2😜

Cons: The french speaking cleaning lady was not helpful

A nice hotel for affordable price, with good location and clean rooms.

Pros: Location is great, even though it was near the train station, which is known to be a not quite save place. We stayed with my friend there for 6 days and everything was great: clean bathroom and beds, available towels, working hair dryer, and view from the balcony was incredible. Reception was working 24/7 which is handy. We enjoyed a lot.

Cons: Not available kettle and in the room, and there were no place to let your wet clothes dry.

Pros: Staff was extremely kind and willing to solve any guests' problems ❤️

Cons: It was an absolutely new experience for us to find 2, 3 or 4 hotels in the same building... But it was no matter of the hotel. It is just a matter of ROME. Philia is a very nice place to stay: central location, clean place, excellent staff. But, still 2-3 glasses or cups (to be used for water...) would be very useful... Otherwise, all well!

Pros: Location is very close to Termini, good value, friendly, supportive staff, and clean. Within its price range, its excellent.

Cons: Could have better facilities. For e.g, there are only 3 hooks in a quadrupple room, we need 4.

Pros: Very nice friendly English speaking staff. The room was just like in the picture. It was clean. The bathroom is not new, but everything was working and there was nothing to complain about. Very close to Termini and there was a bus stop right near the hotel, so it was very easy to get to all the places of interest.

Cons: Everything was good.

Cons: Heisen var ikke bra, vi stod fast to ganger. Hjelpen var treig og ikke lett å få. Etter dette tok vi trappene hver gang.
