Great location, bed is comfortable
Pros: Location is great, close to the bus stations and attractions like Trevi fountain and Pantheon. Nice breakfast in a beautiful area.
Cons: The carpet is a bit dirty, bathroom has water stains I don’t think it was thoroughly cleaned.

Short stay in Rome
Pros: Great location if you want to see Rome. An easy walk to most sites.
Cons: Not so much ‘didn’t like’ but a few steps entering the hotel were inconvenient .

Loved Rome , will be back
Pros: No aircon available as it was early in the season. If we opened the window it was just a bit noisy with service traffic late in the night ( street cleaning and dustbin collection. The city is beautiful and clean
Cons: I feel we got what we payed for. Great location for all the main attractions. Hotel very helpful with local restaurant recommendations . Breakfast brilliant.

A lovely small hotel in the centre of Rome.
Pros: We were upgraded to a room with a super-king bed, which was ideal. The room was very clean. The bathroom was well equipped although the shower cubicle was a bit tight for my husband. There was no space in the room for a chair/sofa but we were only in the room to sleep, so that was fine. The 5th floor breakfast area was delightful, with roof-top views. The breakfast offered was excellent with a wide range of food and drink available. The staff were efficient and courteous. The location of the hotel was great; just a couple of streets away from the Trevi Fountain and we managed to walk everywhere we wanted to visit quite easily.
Cons: The shower cubicle was a bit small.

Perfect Allocation
Pros: The staff is courteous and genuinely wants you to enjoy your stay at the hotel. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is standard. The location is excellent – 10+.
Cons: We were given rooms with an unpleasant smell, but we hope this issue has been addressed. We were moved to different rooms. The elevator is small and takes time to arrive.

Great location for historic Rome.
Pros: Other than being on a main road which can make it a little noisy the location is great! So close to the Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps, easy to get to all other attractions. Reception staff were very friendly, breakfast was good, room was a decent size for a city centre hotel room, bed was comfortable.
Cons: We had booked a superior room as my understanding was that the superior rooms had been recently renovated, however, ours had not, which was a little disappointing. The walls and furniture were quite worn and scuffed and it was probably in need of a revamp. That is really the only complaint we had. I would stay again though it would probably be my second hotel choice in Rome.

Great People and location!
Pros: Location, location and location!!! this place is perfect. 2 blocks from Trevi Fountain, People in reception and at breakfast are great! always willing to help and with a smile. Was a lovely experience and by sure we will be back.
Cons: Maybe the showers are to small.

Great location, good shops and eateries on same street.
Pros: Perfect location located in the Colonna district; central and easy access to the Spanish Steps; the Piazza Venezia and it’s huge Vittorio Emmanuele monument, the Pantheon and it’s eat-streets in another direction and of course the beautiful Trevi Fountain is just a 3min walk around the corner. The nearby dept store and major chain shops are good for shopping hauls. The bar next door to the hotel offers perfect snack and meal options, along with good drink options.
Cons: Having to lug our heavy luggage up the initial 7-8 steps to the reception; the long waits for the beautiful brass lift.
