Chic ambience, warmest atmosphere, top location

Pros: First of all, the Location. Secondly, the staff is superb. You can feel that they genuinely want to help you with everything. So it was a joy. Even though it’s located in the center of a busy noisy street, the rooms are very nicely soundproofed and you can’t hear anything The breakfast is à la carte, but everything is included. Chic decor of the hotel Thanks to the team for making it special and comfortable

A warm, professional and truly caring team

Pros: What really makes this hotel stand out for me is the genuine hospitality of the entire team. . Everyone is incredibly kind, attentive and always willing to help.. They helped me with all the practical arrangements and handled everything quickly and smooth.

Cons: I went to Rome to celebrate my birthday. I was sad because nobody at the hotel asked about the reason of my stay. Small details make all the difference in hospitality industrie .

Pros: It a very cozy , small hotel , awell decorated very clean, and in a great location . The food is excellent And the staff does an outstanding job , we really felt at home !

Worth it, boutiques always better.

Pros: Loved the breakfast…and the free minibar. Toiletries were dipyque; you can’t take them away but lovely. Brilliant location.

Cons: Honestly no complaints. Perhaps if we had spent more time in the room we could have tried to come up with something.

Pros: I will never forget my excellent and exceptional stay at Maalot. Everything was great the location , view, clean rooms, breakfast, and most importantly the staff. My special thanks to Edwin, Simone, Livya, and Stefania. Also the man by the disk who helped my a lot with my bags while I am checking out. I can not imagine Rome without Mallet and you guys !
