Pros: Everything has been wonderful. The service, the room and facilities were top notch. The whole property was tastefully decorated and very clean, and everyone has been very helpful. Such a comfortable and indulgent stay Well done!

Excellent stay at this fabulous hotel.

Pros: Loved the style and decor. The staff were excellent. It was very clean and centrally located. Breakfast was superb. The manager is very proactive.

Cons: Bit of constant traffic noise to front.

An elegant hotel but with some issues with music

Pros: Professionalism of the staff and service. Truly exceptional. Refinement of the interior design and renovation of the hotel. Old world class meets modern comfort and elegance.

Cons: Some of the room features such as the very dark walls and sub-optimally designed lighting. Also the interior courtyard of the property appeared to be part of another establishment which often played loud music.

I would return, especially if discounts are available n

Pros: Nice rooms, good beds, delicious breakfast, and helpful staff. We had a good stay and were happy to return to our room every day.

Cons: As it is on a busy street, some noise is audible. As it is a converted old palace, some layouts are quirky. Some design touches are exaggerated.

Amazing experience.

Pros: We enjoyed the whole stay in the hotel. Great location, interesting design, absolutely perfect breakfast (I don’t like so much ala-carte option but was nicely surprised the variety of the menu, quality of the dishes, as well as how quick everything was served). But most of all I appreciated the professional service of the hotel team and manager Oliver. Would be glad to return!

Pros: Everything was perfect! The location is unbeatable and every detail of the Palazzo is beautifully designed. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the staff. From the lovely ladies at breakfast, to the bartender, housekeeping, reception, and Oliver — everyone was incredibly kind and attentive. Breakfast was a dream! Everything was freshly prepared, and the pastries each morning were such a treat. This team deserves all the stars. I will definitely be coming back!

Pros: Location, service, and cleanliness — everything was perfect! From the balcony we had an amazing view of the Colosseum, and on the rooftop there was a private space just for us. You couldn’t imagine anything better for a family stay!

The hotel is great.

Pros: One of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in in Europe. The entire team is friendly, especially Oliver, the manager. He is a nice gentleman. Their breakfast is amazing and the best breakfast I have ever eaten in my life. I thank them all and I will return to them soon.

Cons: The people outside are disturbing me and the carpet in the corridors needs to be cleaned or renewed. I wish there were air fresheners in the corridors to freshen up the hotel.
