Trevi Comfortable Apartment with Terrace | Romeloft

Pros: Location, location, location. We loved this property and its central location. We felt very safe in this old building. It was spacious and extremely comfortable. We would return in a heartbeat.

Cons: The air conditioning unit (located on the balcony) needs updating as it constantly dripped and the seating area was wet as a result.

I loved this apartment

Pros: First of all the pictures of the apartment are real, we actually couldn't believe our luck to find this gem was real. Lovely and quiet central location close to trevi fountain , pantheon and Spanish steps . Loads of restaurants to choose from . Close to bus stops to get around the city. All rooms were large and very comfortable, lovely bathrooms and full kitchen with everything you could possibly need. It even has a good terrace to sit out on to relax. Small supermarket downstairs has anything you need and is not expensive. The apartment is on the 5th floor but has an elevator which is a bonus. It has excellent air-conditioning , washing machine , clothes dryer and dishwasher . It was the perfect home away from home , I honestly can't think of anything negative to say, we felt like crying leaving to go home.

Cons: Nothing !

Pros: Dhan kept in touch via WhatsApp about arrival times . He was very polite and professional and showed us around the apartment

Cons: It would have been nice to have a few added extras like some tea towels and washing liquid . Plus the cooker was really dirty and we couldn’t use the grill because of the smoke - no toaster either . Some outdoor cushions would also be nice as the seats a little uncomfortable

A very spacious Roman apartment with great terrace in an ideal location, absolutely loved it.

Pros: it is a fantastic location, very spacious with two seperate bedroom/bathroom great for two couples, The big terrace was a welcomed bonus. Was heated perfectly. Very very satisfied, everything was easy, communication spot on all requests were met.

Cons: The bed in second bedroom could be more comfortable and extra closet space would be nice.

Pros: L'appartamento è in un bellissimo palazzo in una posizione favolosa: a pochi passi dalla fontana di Trevi e da piazza di Spagna, sopra un supermercato molto fornito e di fronte a un panificio molto buono. Il gestore è molto gentile e disponibile: ci siamo organizzati per la consegna delle chiavi ed è andato tutto alla perfezione.

Cons: Il materasso matrimoniale è stato usato troppo quindi si sprofonda e si dorme male. Le pareti in molti punti sono scrostate quindi sarebbe il caso di cambiarle considerando il guadagno che si ottiene quotidianamente. Ci sarebbero molti aggiustamenti da fare come i copri prese che si staccano e cadono e lo scarico del bagno che spesso non funziona bene.

Pros: La ubicación una maravilla, muy cerca de la Fontana de Trevi y Plaza de España y de muchos otros centros de interés y justo encima.de un supermercado y al lado de paradas de autobús y taxi. La terraza es un plus aunque la.apeovechamos poco porque en las fechas que estuvimos hacía un poco de fresco para cena o desayunos.

Cons: Necesitaría alguna renovación en algún mobiliario.

Pros: De indeling, sfeer, inrichting, de enorme ruimte, die vloer alleen al. De binnenkomst beneden is ook nog eens heel fraai. Het balkon hebben we nauwelijks van kunnen genieten vanwege de hitte Echter wel de balkonplanten water gegeven, vogels en hagedissen hebben daar hun leven Een mooie en rustige plek!

Cons: Er was een enorme hittegolf gaande, ondanks airco, waarvan er één erg lekte, werd het niet koel genoeg Rome en dit appartement beter mijden als het boven de 35 graden komt
