Pros: A wonderful place to stay — very clean, cozy, and comfortable. From the very first moments, you can feel the care and attention given to guests. Alessandra personally welcomed us and helped with our luggage, which was especially appreciated after the journey. The building is very beautiful, with a well-maintained entrance and an excellent elevator. Everything worked perfectly and made the stay even more comfortable. The location is excellent — very convenient and close to everything. Everything was wonderful, and I highly recommend this place! 🌟 thank you Alessandra

A very good stay
Pros: The location , the lift and the flat was modern and comfortable . The terrace was laid Celt on the afternoon
Cons: The only thing I would have like was some comfy chairs on the terrace . The wooden ones are good but you cannot really relax in them .

Great location, great staff, super comfortable for families
Pros: The apartment was amazing!! The location was wonderful, the beds extremely comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped for preparing meals, and the staff was super responsive and helpful
Cons: The only challenge was the hot water- we had to wait between showers to not fully exhaust the hot water. To be fair we were 5 and we all showered one after the other so it is sort of an edge case 😉

A Perfect Stay
Pros: Every now and then, not very often, you stumble upon an exeptional place to stay and this is one of them! Everything was fantastic! The appartment is beautiful, clean, super quiet, everything works great, even the a/c, the washing machine is for sure useful to have! The outside terrace is really nice to enjoy after a day of exploring Rome. Everything is very close, a bunch of restaurants, grocery stores and all the sights are in the walking distance. We couldn't be happier! Thanks you Alessandra and the team for a wonderful stay! If we come back to Rome, I wouldn't even think of staying anywhere else!

Pros: Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Rome We had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment in Rome. The location was unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of iconic landmarks like the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and Piazza Navona. The neighborhood was vibrant yet peaceful, with charming cafes, restaurants, and shops just steps away. The apartment itself was spotless, stylishly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, the kitchen had everything needed, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The host was exceptional—communicative, friendly, and always available to provide tips and recommendations for exploring the city. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the entire process was stress-free. If you’re looking for a perfect home away from home in Rome, I highly recommend this apartment. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pros: What an absolute gem of an apartment. Right next to the Piazza Navona, the location is absolutely amazing. Great place with homemade pasta less than 100m away, small supermarkets and numerous restaurants/cafes nearby and 10 minutes to the river and Trastevere. The apartment is extremely clean, tidy and spacious. The interior is new and modern. Lorenza is an amazing hostess. Communication with her is easy. She thought of every detail. We really liked the idea of a guidebook with restaurants, places, etc. selected by her.

Pros: Me contactaron un día antes para gestionar la llegada. Nos esperaron para poder hacer el chek-in personalmente. Súper amable la chica. Se estropeó la cadena del wc y nos lo solucionaron rápidamente. Muy ágil la comunicación. El apartamento es más amplio que en las fotos, muy cómodo, limpio y silencioso.

Renovated modern apt, great location
Pros: Great location, convenient to everything. The apt is just like the pictures, completely renovated. The beds were very comfortable after long days out and about. The kitchen had basic amenities to cook with if you wanted to. A great place to use as your home base while in Rome.
