Pros: The interaction with the JK was very nice and pleasant. We encourage you to try this at least once at the hotel. I also recommend this hotel because of the hotel's location.

Cons: When we leave, we have to return the key and then return to ask for it.

Outstanding service, great location close to the train station.

Pros: The service from Francesco was exceptional. From the moment we arrived Francesco was thoughtful and pleasant. His care and attention was some of the best I’ve experienced.

Cons: Nothing we didn’t like. If we were coming back to Rome we’d stay at Hotel Giada.

Excellent Budget hotel in Rome city centre

Pros: We like to say that we are very lucky to choose this hotel which is very near to the Roma Terminal station and walkable distance to the Rome attractions like colosseum, Foro Romano etc.,The kindness of the staff is exceptional and we felt more comfortable with them for the information we needed and the Reception opened 24 hours is very nice and advantageous. The cleanliness is perfect and excellent even for the visitors with families and small kids. We had the breakfast also which is good and satisfy our needs in the morning to roam around Rome . On the whole we enjoyed the stay very much.

Cons: Cleanliness is excellent Position is very near to all attractions of Rome Staffs are fantastic with homely atmosphere Rooms with essential facilities

A fost minunat, am avut o ședere de excepție!

Pros: Este un hotel drăguț, cochet. Este aproape de gara centrală Termini și are acces la importantele obiective turistice. Curățenie se face în fiecare zi, personalul este amabil. Recomand cu încredere!

Cons: Hotelul Giada se află de fapt în interiorul Hotelului Altavilla și mi-ar fi plăcut să fie precizat asta.

Lo mejor el hombre de recepción que estaba por la noche

Pros: El alojamiento no era clmo en las fotos, lo que me gusto fue la atención del personal, fue muy amable. Nos costo de encontrat porque en el cartel ponia Hotel Altavilla y no Hotel Giada.

Cons: El baño era horrible, la bañera estaba oxidada y la puerta era como si no hubiera…

Mejor de lo que me esperaba

Pros: En general todo, nos dieron una habitación reformada de hace poco y estaba bastante limpia y la ubicación era muy buena. Tenía recepción las 24h Ah, la entrada es donde pone hotel Altavilla

Cons: El tema de las toallas que la primera noche nos dimos cuenta de que no habían puesto y no nos pudimos duchar. Y el papel higiénico le tuvimos que dejar una nota para que nos dejara otro
