Pros: I would have loved to see jam in a jar at breakfast. The cheeses could also have been presented a little differently.

Cons: In general, the bed was comfortable, but our pillows were very uncomfortable.

Pros: It was lovely clean and staff helpful. Rooms were clean spacious had everything re cosmetics etc. Location is ideal.

Cons: Elevator was super slow we were on 1st floor so were happy to take stairs but stairs were closed except the breakfast time. Breakfast was okish.. missing some vegetables (salad cucumber tomatoes anything) and from bread only white was available and no oats or porridge- just plane cereals..

A great hotel in a great location - highly recommend!

Pros: The room was great we ended up in a family suite with separate rooms and two bathrooms!! It was a great location and the staff were very friendly and helpful!

We really appreciate the upgrade. The suite was very clean and spacious. Excellent staff.

Pros: Location near Termini station was exactly what we wanted. Comfortable bed, very clean and spacious.

Absolutely Professional in Customer Service

Pros: Breakfast was delicious. Loved the hot pancakes, such a bonus with breads, pastries & rolls. Cold & hot beverages, meats, cheeses very much spoilt for choice And not to mention the lovely ladies filling the cabinets with more food & clearing & cleaning to make room for more guests

Perfect stay!

Pros: The property was extremely clean in a great location a few streets away from the main train station. All of the staff were very friendly & welcoming. We would highly recommend this hotel!! There is a lovely restaurant right outside the hotel that serves very nice food. There are also a lot of good restaurants to choose from in the area.

Cons: Nothing!!
