Great value for money.

Pros: For the price, it’s very clean, lots of PUV stops to use to navigate around the city and super near the termino station which is a good choice if you are catching an early morning train.

Cons: Nothing, for the price it’s good.

Amazing and friendly staff, great location, safe and comfortable.

Pros: The location was great, close to Roma Termini and just a straight walk down the main street to the Colosseum. The reception and housekeeping staff were above excellent, we left something there and they had kept it safe for us to collect the next day. Good place to store luggage also and they had a drinks fridge in reception which was very handy. Also, we had heard about the safety in the area around Roma Termini being unsafe, however at Hotel Altavilla 9 we felt very safe.

Cons: There wasn’t many electrical sockets in our room, so if you are staying here bringing an extension cable might be a good idea.

Pros: Room was clean and serviced daily. Location was excellent close to Termini station and close to Big Bus tours. 15 minute walk to Colosseum.

Pros: I recently stayed at Altavilla 9 and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The room was spotless, well-furnished, and had a beautiful view. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and quiet atmosphere, which made for a great night’s sleep. The location is perfect close to restaurants and public transports. I highly recommended this hotel

Pros: We were pleased with the hotel. It was very close to the train station. We arrived at the hotel in the evening and were cold. Francesso offered us coffee and welcomed us very warmly. He was created for us on the map of Rome. Although we bought a room, they offered breakfast on the first day. Everything is good. We will come. Thank you for everything.

Cons: The hotel was a little old but us room cleaned every day.

Amazing stay in Rome

Pros: I’m traveling often to Rome and after many hotels/b&b is a year that I only stop in here, very good position (walk distance to the train station)very clean rooms and very kind people working in the hotel. In every room were I was I found ac, fridge comfortable bed and tv, the forniture is basic but functionally.the toilet are fine and clean as well and the lift is one of the biggest I saw in this old building around the train station.
