Pros: Hotel Bettoja is located within minutes of the train station and walking distance to many of Rome's main attractions. The staff were fabulous, welcoming and informative. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to fellow travellers.

Pros: Great location, very good breakfast. Clean facilities.

Cons: I’ve stayed there twice, both times the room was very hot. There wasn’t a way to lower the temperature other than opening the windows.

Pros: This hotel saved our city break Staff are super helpful and really care about their customers Super thankful for their help after the mishap we had as my wife tried my whiskey sour, we had no idea it contained raw egg white....which she has an allergy too.. we learn everyday... It's a great place to stay.

Cons: The only thing that didn't have allergy info was the drinks menu..

Superb location next to Termini. A large but charming old-world hotel

Pros: This is a very large, old-fashioned hotel with huge public areas and wide corridors. Superb location a few steps from Termini Extremely efficient and experienced front desk staff who handled an irregularity in my booking with competence and understanding. Corner room and bathroom size was excellent Nice view over Roma from the terrace bar.

Cons: Hotel is a bit old fashioned and could do with a major refurbishment but then it would probably lose its charm. Breakfast area was quite full and noisy with hot dishes being barely luke warm. Room and bar rates were very high, but that's Roma.

Good value stay in Rome with professional staff

Pros: The art-deco design of the hotel was very nice, one could feel the history in the premises. The staff and the reception was very professional and helpful. The room was nicely decorated and there was everything we needed.

Cons: The breakfast could have been more diverse and a bit more fresh (especially the pastries/croissants could be better). Although there was heating mentioned in the room description, at the beginning of november the heating was centrally off and it was a bit cold.

Pros: Stylish hotel with well-kept original décor, perfect location for a quick trip via Termini station, excellent breakfast. Came with a friend who couldn't climb stairs and needed a walk-in shower. The hotel immediately accommodated her needs when I booked and on arrival. The entrance to the hotel is step free. The room and hallways fit a collapsible wheelchair easily and no transfers were required to get into the room. The bathroom worked for her, since she could walk short distances but it would be too narrow to use a chair in. The staff really made us feel welcome.

great stay for its money :)

Pros: breakfast - ok, typical italian AND also european : scrumble, boiled eggs, veggies, cheeses hams, bacon sausages, so you will find everything. location - great, just going out central train station and 1 minute walking (around 30 min from airport by direct train) room - ok, clean , comfy bad, furniture a little bit used but thats italian charm :)

Cons: tea bags was only one variety that we didnt like however we knew there were many others.
