Our stay was truly wonderful — the hotel was not just a place to sleep, but a warm and welcoming spa

Pros: We truly loved our stay at your hotel. The location is excellent — very well situated and close to almost everything, which made it extremely convenient for exploring the city. Our room was spacious, recently renovated, and impeccably clean. The beds were very comfortable, which allowed us to rest very well after long days of sightseeing. The staff was outstanding — always kind, professional, and helpful at all times. We would especially like to highlight the breakfast service team, whose warmth and friendliness made our mornings even more enjoyable. The breakfast itself was very good and offered a great variety. We were very satisfied with our experience and will definitely recommend your hotel to our family and friends. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant.

Pros: The staff who welcomed us upon arrival were very understanding and helpful.

Cons: One thing I didn’t like was the breakfast experience. Breakfast was supposed to be until 10:30, but the restaurant staff were rushing everyone to finish, constantly checking the time, and they closed the doors exactly at 10:30. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere.”

A weekend in Rome

Pros: Excellent location for anyone that wants to be close to main sights of Rome but also to the Termini station. The room was recently renovated and was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful.

Pros: The Room and Bathroom were a good size. All necessities were available such as fridge, shower gels, towels etc.

Cons: I was a bit uncomfortable with Termini area in the Evening after 8pm.

Great place to stay

Pros: Very close to the central station. The staff are very friendly at the reception. There is a roof top bar and a bar at the reception. Luggage can be stored securely. And there is a beautiful vintage elevator in the building.

Pros: Nice room and comfortable bed. Bathroom was on the smaller side but this is Rome. Shower was nice and hot. Certainly, great location with only 300 meters to the train station with express service to airport. Plenty of restaurants to pick from. Found a great wine bar called Enoteca Angelini dal 1890 a very short walk from the hotel, great spot. then after across the road to Trattoria Pinzeria Tosca for some traditional Rome style dishes. great old-style lift,

Cons: I found it bit odd we had to ask reception to turn the air conditioner on and we could hear the person next door snoring. but these are just minor things.

Pros: Location , interior , breakfast , personal, it was clean.

Cons: The plumbing is obviously old cause the building is old like the rest of rome , im from athens greece so i know, its understandable that there was this smell. In my room it wasn't so bad...opening window for 5 minutes immediately solved the problem but in the other room we had the smell was too strong. Opening the window helped but not much.
