Hotel Trevi - Gruppo Trevi Hotels

Pros: The breakfast was very good but I recommend to ask the friendly staff for a Cappuccino - the coffee machine they offer delivers a kind of Nescafe... and the hand made Cappuccino meets Italian expectations. The rooms are split over different buildings and I liked the individual atmosphere - not a large chain hotel where every room looks the same.

Cons: The coffee delivered by the coffee maker - for me undrinkable, but they offered a very good solution for me (see what I likded).

good hotel, good location

Pros: bedroom was massive, well decorated and clean. staff were all lovely. i did see some of the reviews mentioning the room not being in the main hotel building (ours wasn't either) but we were ready for that. check in and check out process was fast and simple with no hassle. location is 5* as its 30 secs from Trevi Fountain, so extremelly central. would recommend

Cons: nothing - everything was as expected.

Lovely stay. Comfortable rooms located close to main attractions and close to all amenities.

Pros: Very spacious and clean rooms. Main bedroom had a jacuzzi. Very close to city centre. Close to Trevi Fountain.

Cons: The building was not at the main hotel and its entrance, hallway and stairs need refurbishment.

Rome was extremely busy but good.

Pros: Breakfast was good and plentiful. Staff very nice. The lift is really slow.

Cons: I was surprised to not have a room in the hotel we had to come out and go round the corner to another building. That's ok when it's fine weather. It was very clean but could have done with a mirror in the bedroom.

Pros: Great hotel! We were in an ancient beautiful building. Very big room. Very good breakfast! The stuff was kind! We loved everything

Far exceeded expectation

Pros: We had a quadruple room which was a suite and was huge. Big rooms, big bathroom. The location was amazing.

Cons: Bathroom floor wasn’t clean but that’s all I can fault.

Amazing family stay, staff impeccable!

Pros: Very central location, right next to Trevi Fountain. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. We had booked a family room and were upgraded to the most beautiful suite with so much room for us and two teenagers. It was a two minute walk from main hotel through a random gate, but absolutely spectacular when through, a cobbled courtyard with various statues and fountains. We had a shared kitchen and sitting area with one other room. Stunning ceilings and character. Rooms were cleaned every day. Staff organised taxi for transfer back to airport too.

Cons: Absolutely nothing! It was stunning!

Excellent apart from staff helpfulness

Pros: The location was amazing. We booked a double room and got upgraded to a suite which was beyond amazing

Cons: The staff weren't really helpful. We needed a taxi to return to the airport in the morning and were told the night before there was no pre booking and to come in the morning. In the morning we were told they couldn't phone a taxi, we had to race with all our luggage to the bus terminal a 30 minute walk away!
