Perfect location, great staff

Pros: Fantastic central location. Such friendly and helpful staff made our stay so enjoyable. Would definitely recommend and stay here again

Cons: Roof bar was incredible with views over Trevi Fountain but prices were very high

Cons: We booked a family room and next door was the rooftop bar, which was a slightly noisy at times during the night

Incredible location, fab staff and an incredible view

Pros: What a location!!!!! Right on top of the trevi fountain with incredible restaurants below. We were upgraded to a junior suite with a view of the fountain and the receptionist could not have been nicer!

Pros: Far better than expected, for the price. The room was decent, and while a little worn, it was spotlessly clean. Beds were comfortable and staff were super-helpful and lovely. Fantastic location, right by the Trevi Fountain, and had a little rooftop bar with a nice view of it, from the side.

Cons: Lift was weird in that it goes from landing to landing and doesn't actually stop on the same floor as the rooms, but the staff helped with our luggage so that wasn't really a problem.

Pros: Very central, a literal coin throw from the Trevi Fountain. A super rooftop bar. Very nice room & comfortable bed. A super cafe (although I don’t think it was part of the hotel) attached on the ground floor (Cafe DEROMA). The staff were super, & couldn’t have been more helpful organising cabs (airport pickup, early to the Vatican etc).

Cons: It was fairly noisy, although we were on the first floor so higher floors may have been better, until late, & again fairly early, although one cannot stay in the middle of Rome in the quiet - it is what it is.

Pros: The staff is very kind and welcoming and the location is just fabulous ! Thank you for hospitality!!!

Pros: Overall, I loved the hotel, the staff were amazing, and the room was nice and cosy. Location is right near Trevi and fantastic to walk around.

Cons: The only issue we have faced it was not so comfortable with the stroller, as before reaching to elevator, you have to walk up by stairs, and the elevator is between the floors, so again reaching to room, you have to go up or down by stairs. If I weren't with my toddlers, this would have been 10/10, but with kids, please be aware of this.
