Wonderful and central

Pros: Staff were amazing, giving information on the metro and where to go. Even keeping out bags after we checked out so not to carry them all day.

Cons: It could do with a paint touch up in the room we were in but all part of a rustic charm.

Christian pilgrim in Rome to visit the tomb of Pope Francis and I was made comfortable and welcome by the disabled and l

Pros: Next to where Pope Francis is buried as my trip was as a pilgrim to Rome Lgbt friendly staff who respected my non binary pronouns . Given an upgraded room number 121 on the ground floor due to my invisible disabilities, which are that I am deaf and arthritic. Itโ€™s like a palatzio and comfortable and homely as a hotel

Cons: Nothing !

Pleasant and friendly hotel

Pros: Great location in Rome, staff were super friendly and room was nice. For the price you pay, itโ€™s not going to be 5 star, but for what you pay I was extremely satisfied

Cons: Rooms need a bit of love

Pleasant stay at a low price, good for budget travel

Pros: The location is excellent and staff very friendly. The room might need a bit of renovation but overall the cost is very fair.

Cons: The room was not insonorized (we could hear some road noise even with the windows closed)

Pros: The hotel is ancient and needs renovation but the room was very clean, toiletries and towels were replenished daily. The location is very good and it was not even that noisy given that the area is very bussy. The staff are very friendly and super helpful. For breakfast there was a lot of sweet pastries and cakes, always fresh,, but you can find some cold cuts, cheese and butter also.

Cons: Nothing special. The room was advertised to be 17 mยฒ, but in my opinion not more than 12mยฒ, together with the bathroom.

Recommended hotel for bus tours

Pros: Staff were very friendly and breakfast was delicious. The location was excellent. There are a lot of restaurants and shops around the hotel. If you go sightseeing by tour bus, the hotel is the best place to stay.

Cons: The room door was difficult to open. The bathroom door was broken and it wouldn't close. The hotel doesn't have ramps. There is an area where homeless people sleeping on the way to the Termini Station.

Pros: Location, close to train station, connected perfectly with airport, metro for all parts of Rome. Outside restaurant L'Eropeo restaurant with so many types of food and twice cheaper than on the old town. Excellent breakfast. Even when I have to go to the airport and catch the train before 6 AM, I receive a coffee and croissant. Helpful staff ๐Ÿ‘Œ

Cons: On the way from Termini to the hotel, a very dirty and smelly area. The kettle in my room wasn't working.
