The property was clean and comfortable, with a great location near a bus stop and within easy reach of the Vatican Museu

Pros: The property was very clean and well maintained. It is conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easy to get around the city. The Vatican Museums are also not far away, which is a great advantage for sightseeing. Overall, a comfortable and well-located place to stay.

Cons: The floor was quite cold, so having some carpets or house slippers would be useful to make the stay more comfortable.

Pros: Everything was great! The host was very kind and helpful — he arranged a taxi for us and was always available when we needed anything. The place was beautiful, clean, and met all our expectations. We highly recommend it!

Pros: Our stay here was absolutely perfect from the very start! The place was exactly as shown in the photos — clean, modern, and beautifully maintained. One of the best features was the smart system that allowed us to unlock and lock every door (from the main entrance to our room) directly from our phones, which made everything so easy and convenient. Andrea and Giulia were the most friendly and welcoming hosts we met during our entire time in the Vatican and Rome — their kindness and helpfulness truly made our stay special. We can’t thank them enough for their hospitality. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

A wonderful stay overall

Pros: This place was lovely and clean. In a great spot 7 minutes walk from the Vatican museum. The hosts were really lovely , helpful and got us settled in. There is a huge staircase to get up to the apartment that you need to climb so when you book please get directions for the taxi to drop you at the top. There are apartments and we stayed in the Rose room. It was quite small but super comfortable. If you are 2 people travelling I recommend the blue or green room as they are both super spacious whereas the Rose room is better for one person or a couple with only a small amount of luggage. Overall a lovely stay with sweet hosts x

Cons: A little tricky getting in with codes and no keys but a good lesson from the host and we were all fine

Pros: Quiet, clean accommodation. Guilio was a great host and we enjoyed our stay very much. The air conditioner was a real bonus! We had access to great restaurants, laundrymat and supermarkets.

Very good accomodation at this price tag

Pros: At first we´ve had some doubts about noise from the other rooms and the viale vaticano. The appartment consists of 3 rooms sharing common kitchen area. But the soundproofing of our stanza rosa was excellent and the kitchen was little frequented. As for access to the appartment it is possible both using stairs or a combination of 2 lifts. Closest public transport to the center are either Bus 46 at via Paolo III or the metro station at Cipro accessible through the long staircase at clivo delle mure vaticane. Either of them within a ten mins walk. Very good communication from the owner at all times. Compared with other accomodations in Rome with the same price tag and distance from center for us this accomodation worked out well above the average.

Cons: The registration process and electronic access were bit of a challenge at first, but in the end worked perfectly and were even fun to use. No window screen against mosquitos, but you´ve got electric blinds, with small vents, which can be used instead should you prefer to sleep with windows open, so this was also alright.

Beautiful, well located apartment offering great value for money

Pros: Very warm & efficient arrival. Beautiful design with balcony and kitchen space to help our comfort. Also flexible checkout to enable us to leave our bags, very helpful

Cons: Minor problem with shower though our hosts arranged a same day plumber to sort.

Pros: The hosts were very kind and immediately gave answers if something was needed. The room was clean, the view from the balcony was amazing and it was very quiet in the night. With a short walk you could get to the vatican museum and in the evening you could see from the apartment few green parrots from vatican gartens, that were flying toward the town. Compared to other accomodations in Rom and in Italy in general, this one is definitely very good value for money.
