Fantastic city break, great location, 20min walk from train station to apartments, bravo 👏

Absolutely wonderful

Pros: Easy access to the accommodation, which is very well served by public transport, and the Trastevere neighborhood, which is the authentic Rome I love. The welcome and kindness of Francisco, as well as his responsiveness. The room-cleaning staff are very friendly people. The cleanliness of the place and the thoughtful touches during the stay.

Cons: Everything was perfect. Go for it with your eyes closed :) I recommend it and would gladly return.

Good value for your money

Pros: This place is a very decent accommodation at a reasonable price. Our room was perfectly clean, convenient and very well equipped in a good residential area.

Cons: We would have preferred a breakfast with more savoury options as most of the food was too sweet for us.

Pros: Had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was perfect. Would definitely return.

Beautiful room in a quiet street near the action

Pros: Room was spacious, well equipped and comfortable. It was spotlessly clean and had nice add ons like a bottle of wine and some snacks. 10 mins or so walk into the Trastevere area which was pumping with life but still felt safe for a solo traveller. Host lived offsite but was very responsive to messages.

Cons: The four keys for entry initially meant struggling to remember which was for which - but that’s part of staying in a building with character.

Pros: The rooms are a modern converted apartment in a lovely building just off the main drag. The rooms share a breakfast/kitchen area and it was great to have a water dispenser which saved us having to buy bottled water. We also loved the free mini bar! Francesco our host was super helpful and friendly and although off site he was very responsive to questions. The room was newly renovated and thoroughly cleaned every day. A brilliant location close to the tram line and Trastevere is a beautiful, safe area with lots of great restaurants.

Cons: As others have said the soundproofing isn’t great but it honestly didn’t affect our stay at all. Everything was fantastic and we would definitely stay here again.

Pros: The location of the property was perfect. Easy access to many different sights and bars/restaurants were right on the door step. Host Francesco was very friendly and helpful and went out of his way to ensure things were okay in the room. When we arrived we couldn't work the safe and he returned to fix the issue and showed us how to set a new code. The breakfast consisted of lots of fresh pastries each day, yogurts, fruit, sandwiches and waffles and the complementary additions in the mini fridge were a lovely surprise. The room had working air conditioning, a TV and a spacious shower.
