Pros: Extremely clean, comfortable and staff very accomodating. Attended to my needs without fuss. Highly recommended.

Cons: Initial room allocated on street side of building. Very noisy (no chance of sleeping). When booking, ask for a room on the courtyard side 🙏🏼

Perfect totally recommend

Pros: It was really clean and modern easy to communicate with host and there was a bus stop right outside.

Pros: Self serve coffee 24/7. Nice staff and comfy rooms.

Cons: Echoing quite a lot when someone enters or exits at night. Earplugs a good idea.

A nice room in a quaint Roman neighborhood

Pros: We stayed for 3 nights and had literally everything we could wish for: the place was spotless and the most amazing complimentary coffee was especially appreciated!

Cons: Since we stayed in August, however, it got extremely stuffy in the room and the AC wasn't powerful enough to cool the place down, plus made quite unpleasant noise. It might be ok in a different season, though.

Great location and room

Pros: Great location. Walking distance to many restaurants, bars, cafes, markets, central Rome Very clean. Very responsive host.

Cons: If you're a light sleeper, request one of the rooms NOT facing the road. Extremely noisy room. Road noise, trams and steady stream of ambulance sirens night and day.

A well-situated hotel in the heart of a painting neighbourhood

Pros: It's an apartment shared with all the accommodation as a hotel. I booked one of his rooms that has outside the bathroom and for me was totally okay, the rooms are spacious and even have a balcony.

Cons: The “breakfast” is just some cookies and tea/coffee but at the end, if you are in Rome you will eat outside, so it's okay. You just need to take into account the Hotel fee/tax that they charge you when you arrive (is not included and you have to pay in cash or via PayPal)

Pros: Comfortable, clean, has everything you need. We checked in independently according to the instructions, which was very convenient. Our favorite area is Trastevere. Train Station is a 10-minute walk. From Termini by bus H - 10 minutes. Bus stop next to the house. There is a cafe near the entrance where you can have coffee and cake in the morning.

Amazing room near everything!

Pros: The room is great. The bed was very comfortable and the room is very spacious and clean. It is located in a very good place, near everything, the bus stop is near the hotel and we could go everywhere. The manager was helpful and answered all our questions quickly. I recommend and would stay there again next time. Perfect place!

Clean and basic accommodation with a convenient location in Trastevere

Pros: The room was very clean and the location was good. There was a tram stop right in front of the entrance and it was a short walk from the beautiful cobble stone streets of Trastevere.

Cons: The reception was meant to be open until 22.00 but we got a WhatsApp message from the staff saying that there would not be anyone there when we arrive at 20.00. We got a request to send our IDs and a couple of videos showing how to get inside. In the end it all worked well but it was not the best welcome. At check-out the tax had to be paid in cash which came as a surprise and we had to go down to the street to an ATM.

Very worth it

Pros: The host was flexible, answered immediately, very helpful. The place is by good transportation, and very clean, comfortable.
