5-star stay

Pros: A 5-star stay! Communication with the host was excellent from the very first moment — always available, friendly, and very easy to reach via WhatsApp, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The accommodation is simply amazing: super clean, well organized, and exactly as shown in the photos. You can really see the care put into every detail. It’s fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, so nothing is missing. Although the surrounding area may not seem very safe at first impression, there are military personnel and police patrolling the neighborhood 24 hours a day, which adds a reassuring sense of security throughout the stay. Without a doubt, a place that exceeds expectations — ideal for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a memorable experience. Highly recommended and definitely a place to return to!

A spacious, comfortable stay with great amenities — just wish the rooms were a little better soundproofed.

Pros: I honestly thought the room would be quite small, but it turned out to be a wonderful surprise — the space was large, clean, and well-equipped! It actually felt more like a homestay than a hotel room, and that gave me such a warm, homey feeling. There’s even a shared living area outside where you can make your own espresso — something you’d normally only find in a 5-star hotel! ☕️ I was so happy to discover that. The room was spotless, the shower area might be small but it’s more than enough, and the bathroom was perfectly clean. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations — absolutely wonderful!

Cons: The only thing that could be improved is the soundproofing. You can easily hear people talking or watching TV in the next room. One night, I couldn’t sleep because the TV next door was really loud. It would be great if the host could kindly remind guests to keep the volume low at night.

Pros: All went smoothly and Masud was very helpful until we checked in because we arrived past 8pm from an evening flight.

Pros: Super convenient location. Right across the road from Roma Termini and walking distance to the colosseum.

Pros: Super close to the station and easy to find. Great location for the colosseum. Staff were lovely and room was great value for money. No complaints!

All in all it was good value for money, with a comfortable location for traveles with public transport.
