Great stay while you’re in Rome!

Pros: Great place , close to metro, everything is walking distance really. Clean place, has nice big window with a view into a tower. Staff : Antonio greets you with a big smile .

Cons: Noisy, busy street, sound isn’t very well isolated. No breakfast, as it is apartment like suite. No kitchen facilities. You have a coffee/tea station. Some empty containers: hand cream and hair conditioner for 5 days :( even though that was mentioned to the staff, there was no change. Also duvet wasn’t covered. Just a sheet with duvet over it. Bit of a hygiene problem in my view.Considering its a “luxury“ suite as its claimed.

Fabulous stay - Hope to return again soon!

Pros: Very spacious room - very close to Vatican. Staff very friendly and easy contacted throughout our stay - they kept our bags on our last day so we could continue to explore the city without the hassle of looking after our bags. All round fabulous stay - would definitely return and highly recommend.

Cons: Accommodation is located at the top of a very steep hill which can be a challenge at the end of a busy day round Rome exploring the attractions!

Pros: The location was amazing, with the window view onto the Vatican walls and the room was wonderful, as well as very big.

Cons: The late arrival fee was high but this was also understandable as someone waits to meet you

Pros: Next to Vatican which was really great. Antonio was really helpful. I would recommend it. I would book it again.

A genuine pearl of a property with a fantastic location and excellent care

Pros: The location was incredible - good access to buses and metro if you need. in our case we just walked everywhere- The apartment was clean excellent shower and very comfortable bed. Felt safe there even walking late at night. Very quiet. We had use of a fridge freezer and sink which was an unexpected bonus. The best part was the attention to detail and support from Antonio im particular and other staff. Good communication on arrival, really good for queries e.g the need of a hairdryer (supplied immediately) the offer to store our bags on the last day - also support if we needed advice - in my case where to watch a premier football game - we would highly recommend

Pros: Spotless, newly renovated,comfortable ,spacious room😊 Beautiful view with the sun illuminating the room in the morning, though is at the street it has good sound protection. Great restaurant next door. We were greeted at the door on our arrival and walked through to the apartment, I don't know about anyone else but I prefer human contact when I get to a new place ,thank you Antonio 😊

Cons: Maybe a mini fridge in the room would be helpful, not necessary for us due to the short stay but if people are staying longer...

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Quinto Piano! The apartment is stylish, clean, and very comfortable, with everything you need for a perfect visit to Rome. The location is excellent – close to public transport and in a nice neighborhood with restaurants and shops nearby. Our host was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with recommendations. We truly felt at home and would be happy to come back anytime. Highly recommended!

Pros: Clean, modern rooms, great location, and friendly staff

Beautiful clean place.

Pros: The room was supernice and clean. With shower facilities and air con. The view from my room was incredible. The area is very quiet. Restaurant and bus stops in 2-5 min walks. But also other city sights only 20 mins walk. The management was answering any questions very quick. The room service was only once for 4 days, but we didn't need more. May be they do by request more often. In the first day there was water and coffee capsules. But in general that was perfect stay, very clean and comfortable, super big bed.

Cons: There was no refrigerator, only somewhere downstairs in the office . No shelves in the bathroom. No hair dryer. Coffee capsules only as a welcoming) the cleaner didn't leave new ones)

One of the if not the best hotels I have experienced.

Pros: Beautiful property in a great location and staff were really helpful.

Cons: No downsides whatsoever
