Pros: The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The location is just outside the ZTL and you can park in the street below for free (if you find a spot of course). The bus stop for the center is 10m away. Very helpful staff.

We loved it!

Pros: The room was nice and very clean when we arrived and it was cleaned also during our stay. The personel was exceptionally nice, friendy, and helpful with everything we needed. The room had a small fridge, we could use glasses, cups and basic kitchen utensils and even a coffee machine. The bathroom was clean a nice, with provided soap, shampoo and clean towels. The airconditioning worked very well. The rooms are in a very good location near the metro station Valle Aurelia. Also there is a coffee bar and a small grocery store right on the corner, which is excellent. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and we loved it!

Cons: Everything was good!

Pros: There was a little mix up when we arrived, with their being only a double bed for myself travelling with my teenage son, I’d booked a tripple room to avoid this. Everything was sorted out swiftly within half an hour to us then having 5 bed! A little hiccup but a swift response to put things right. We enjoyed our stay!

Overall, my stay was fine

Pros: I liked the location as it was accessible by public transportation (subway and bus). It is also close to tourist sites. The staff is also welcoming and very nice.

Cons: The washroom needs some updating, but for the price I paid and for a short stay, it was fine.

Pros: The property is located well connected to all the tourist spots within few minutes and the bua stop is just down the stairs! Jon is an excellent guy with great knowledge about the city! You can get your tour planned by him!

Very pleasant

Pros: Everything was great and it surpassed our expectations. We especially liked the amenities provided for us, like towels, shampoo and coffee for the machine. The air conditioning was good, and the room was comfortable to sleep in. Especially since it was a busy weekend night, it was still quiet. It is a small room perfect for someone who will spend most of their time sightseeing :) One of the staff members was very nice, even warning us about the pickpockets before heading out.

Cons: We were just a little surprised about a late check in fee. After our flight was delayed, we were unable to check in before 8pm so there was an extra 20€ charge. We were not too happy about it, but we still had a pleasant stay.

Amazing stay here. Highly recommend!

Pros: We had such a great time staying here. Firstly the manager was so incredibly nice and fun. He showed us all the best places to visit and good dinner places. The room was perfect and even had air conditioning, which was great in this summer heat. I highly recommend staying here!

The staff is very nice and helpful. Affordable price.

Pros: It is located at the back of Basilica, not crowded and quiet place. It is good for family and groups. The room is big and spacious as well the toilet. One ride from everything. The Staff Sir Jon is very helpful and hospitable. He sees to it everything is okay and safe.

Cons: The elevator is very small luckily we stayed in 2nd floor.

Pros: Jon was an amazing host. He was engaging, obliging, funny and very accomodating. Location right next to bus stop allowing us to get into the heart of Rome very quickly.
