Pros: The room number 3 had big bed for two people, small fridge, window, small table with electric kettle and coffee maker with two capsules, wardrobe, chest of drawers - much place to store things. The bathroom had toilet, bidet, shower and sink. Everything was very clean and modern. There also was shared kitchen and dining room, shared with other two rooms. Most time I was eating in my room, but in the kitched is many dishes, everything you need. It seemed that there was also coffee, sugar atc.

Cons: The walls are thin and you can hear a noise from above and other rooms. But it is not so bad.

Pros: One of the best rooms we stayed in during our three-week traveling: spacious, bright, clean, with comfortable beds and walk-in shower. The building's corridor/elevator, sitting area and kitchenette were also well maintained. The Wi-Fi worked well and there was a kettle in the room. The location was pretty good - easy access to the Vatican City by bus.

Cons: The water temperature in the shower was sometimes changing unexpectedly from hot to very cold, which wasn't pleasant.

Clean, good sized room with good location.

Pros: Great sized Room and extremely clean. There was a small shared kitchen and sitting area. A Lift is available. The Host answered our quesions quickly and sent detailed Information about how to acess the room before we arrived. The guest House was near an Metro stop and Bus stops. It takes between 20- 25 Minutes to reach Vatican City by foot but can also easily access it with the Metro which is about 10 minutes walk away. Would definitely stay there again. It is situated in a quiet area.

Cons: No 24 Hour desk to help organise a Taxi. But everything else was Great

Pros: We had a great stay at this property.It’s conveniently located for exploring all areas of Rome. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with cozy beds and everything well maintained. The kitchen was spotless and fully equipped. wonderful service throughout our stay.

Nice and comfy stay

Pros: Nice and clean. Comfortable bed to sleep. Airconditioned and has good blinds that has helped soundproofing the room from the outside noise. Good place to stay for families with kids.

Cons: Had a difficult time locating it at first because of confusion with Google Map. But had discovered other routes which were easier and found out as quite accessible to bus stops, just a short walking distance.

Great value for the location !

Pros: The place was not so far from the Vatican and Colloseum. Public transportation is very accessible and just 8-10 min walk to the Metro line. Overall good value for the location and comfort.

Cons: The location of the apartment is just on the first floor by the main entrance in the building and aside from the main busy road and can be very noisy during the night( ambulance and a lot of motorcycles, cars etc)

Pros: Good location, sufficiently close to Vatican we were interested to visit. Well equipped kitchen if needed.

Short Trip to Rome

Pros: Everything was clean and neatly prepared. The rooms were clean and there were plenty of towels and soap. There was quick help for short-term problems.

Cons: The room description was not correct, the washing machine was missing. But it could be remedied.

Lovely apartment close to restaurants and bus stop.

Pros: Lovely apartment. Clean and well equipped. Lots of space. Places to eat close by and five minute walk to the bus stop into the Vatican or Rome city centre.

Excellent Holiday family stay

Pros: Timely Cleaning services, comfortable linen toiletries , available common facilities perfect for family stay

Cons: Nothing -every thing was perfect
