Pros: The place was very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and responsive — they replied to our messages very quickly and were always helpful. We were also able to leave our luggage after check-out, which allowed us to explore Rome without any hassle. The location is quite convenient; it’s a bit of a walk to the Vatican, but not too far. Overall, a great stay and a place we’d happily recommend!

Cons: The hotel met my expectations

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host, Agnese, was incredibly kind and helpful — she even lent me a phone charger when mine stopped working, which I really appreciated. The room had a kettle and a tea set, and the shared kitchen was well equipped with dishes, a microwave, and a great coffee machine with delicious coffee. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Pros: Our host Agnese and her colleagues kept our room very clean every day. I mean that after me and my wife headed to the city they made our bed and also refill the goodies. If you would like to use the minibar it is available (we did not use). We highly recommend them!

Cons: Although the bus stop was very near it took long to go to the centre taking which meant that it was difficult to have a break during the day and then continue

Really comfortable, which is needed when staying in Rome!

Pros: The owners were honestly so lovely. They helped with any problem we had and were so fast to reply. Whenever they were at the property they always greeted us and made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. Me and my partner were travelling for 2 weeks prior to this and I can say this was our favourite place. 100% would recommend

Cons: I’ll be honest the property wasn’t the closest to the centre of Rome however it’s so easy to get there due to the bus system in Rome so it’s really not a problem. Apart from that there really isn’t anything bad I can say.

Modern, comfortable and clean accommodation

Pros: Our stay in Luxury Vatican Rooms was lovely! The room met our expectations, from its modern design to its hygiene standards. We loved the room and of course our host, Agnese, who was really kind and helpful. Even if the location seemed to be far from the center, there were many bus stops close by, with which you could go straight to the heart of the city, like Piazza Venezia.
