comfortable apartments at a reasonable price!

Pros: Large, clean apartment in the city center, close to Termini Station and the Colosseum. Supermarkets, cafes, and the metro are nearby. The owner was very polite, allowing us to check in early. I highly recommend it!

Cons: A small minus of the stay was the lack of glasses for wine and champagne, and there were no hooks for towels in the bathroom.

Nice perfect located apartment

Pros: This apartment is perfectly located: not far from Termini (but is already has not that awful near train station atmosphere, if you know what I mean), and in walking distance to many sightseeings. The enter to the building is so beautiful, Roma style:) Apartment is very convenient, it is very well equipped (even has playstation, my son was very glad to play on it during siesta). It was easy to enter, all instruction is clear and correct, and the landlord is always online to help you. We enjoyed our time in this place.

Pros: The owner was very helpful and responsive. Also, the aircon was brilliant. The apartment is spacious and has everything we needed.

The best place to stay in Rome

Pros: Very easy access and nearby all the must visit places in Rome. Restaurants and coffee shop around. Air condition was splendid, the host was amazing and very easy to talk to. We will keep coming back and recommend the place!

Pros: The Location is close to Colloseum and in a nice neighbourhood. Metro is 4 mins walk.

A good spacious place to stay. Good value for money.

Pros: Smooth check in with the owner communicating via whatsapp, showing how to enter the property via video. He also checked on us via whatsapp several times. The apartment is very spacious and has high cealings which keeps it very cool. It has good working A/Cs in each room. There is a kitchen but we did not use it. Overall, it is clean, the beds are comfty and not overused, furniture was also ok. Location is close to Colosseum (around 10 minutes walk or so) and then you can take the metro from there. It is around 30 minutes walk from piazza di spagna or similar areas. In general, it is a good place to stay.

Cons: The shower needs to be upgraded. The hot water takes a long time to arrive, and the water pressure is very weak. At times it ended up too hot or too cold. Also, there is an X-Box on the property, but the controller wasn't working (to be fair, I did not mention this to the owner during our stay).

Great apartment in a very good location.

Pros: Great location for our group. Close to shops and Colosseum. We only stayed 2 nights, but there was a great assortment of cooking equipment if you wanted to cook at home. 3 good sized bedrooms. Highly recommend.

Good holiday accommodations

Pros: Very good flat. With sweets and biscuits in the kitchen. Very helpful host as well.

Great location and nice owners, ready to help at any time

Pros: Perfect location, in the historic part of the city, just meters from the Colosseum and the Riempi Forum. In the evening you can walk around and take beautiful photos of the illuminated ruins. It was so cute when the kids walked in and gasped at the jars of candy and cookies the hosts had left. Breakfast was enough, coffee and small things. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. At the end of the holiday, the owner was kind enough to let us leave our luggage until the evening because our flight was overnight and we made the most of our day without having to drag our luggage with us. A huge thank you, he was always available to answer us.

Pros: I really liked everything—the surprise cookies in a jar and the espresso coffee. The apartment is perfectly equipped and has everything you need for a short or long stay. The location is excellent.
