Nice apartment in a very nice location in Rome

Pros: Very nice neighborhood. 10 minutes walk to Colosseum. Easy access to Metro. Apartment is clean and decent.

Cons: WiFi is not the best.

Pros: La posizione, la pulizia, la disponibilità dell’host, la camera da letto ed il bagno spaziosi

Cons: Il Bagno è cieco. Abitata da 4 persone gli spazi nella zona giorno sono molto misurati

Pros: Tiene muy buena ubicación. Está a 10 minutos de la estación de tren. A 5 minutos del metro y unos 10 minutos andando al coliseo. Está bien comunicado. Tiene cafeterías, restaurantes y supermercados en la zona.

Cons: La cama del sofa-cama está muy dura.

Pros: Location was very good. Property was clean and well decorated. Shops, Cafe and restaurants were all on walking distance.

Pros: La zona es muy agradable para hospedarse, cerca hay varias paradas de shuttle, entonces moverse a diferentes lugares fue bueno Mass muy amable, nos explico e indico donde estaba todo

Pros: Moderně vybavený apartmán s kuchyňským koutem v prvním patře. Pěkná koupelna s horkou vodou, ručníky a toaletní potřeby. Velikost apartmánu mě mile překvapila - takto velký byt jsem v Římě nečekala. Super lokalita, všude jsme se dostali pěšky. Okna jsou do vnitrobloku, tedy nejste rušeni dopravou nebo hlukem z restaurací. Parádní domluva přes WhatsApp na předání klíčů a uvedení do apartmánu - díky za milé přijetí a doporučení. Líbilo se nám tam moc, dva páry ( jeden v ložnici, druhý v obýváku na rozkládacím gauči). Určitě budu doporučovat všem známým a sama ráda zopakuji pobyt při další návštěvě Říma.

Good place

Pros: The location was great ,near Colloseum,quiet place and restaurants near and markets.There is a little fridge which is great,hairdryer.The apartment is clean and looks very good compared to others for the price.

Cons: The check in hour is not clear.It says 15 on booking,when I spoke with the host,she said 14,but in the day of check in the helper said he will be there around 13,13 30 which was very annoying because we had tickets for visiting and had to hurry up and go all the way to the apartment to get the key,and then back to continue.But at least he was there at the time we could arrive. It's a little bit hard to open the door from the front ,and if you are staying 4 persons is a little bit difficult if you are a light sleeper because you hear everything from the bedroom.The wifi is bad from the bedroom,just one line of connection if you are near the wall.

Pros: We stayed in this apartment for a few days and were very pleased with our choice. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. The flat is cosy, clean, and has everything you need. The location is excellent — cafés and shops are nearby, the Colosseum is about a 10-minute walk, and most main sights are within 30–40 minutes on foot. We would be happy to stay here again and recommend it to others.
