Loads Of Storage - Right next to Trevi Fountain.

Pros: The views were incredible. So much space to take in all of Rome. We absolutely loved it.. There was plenty of storage, perfect for long stays or big families. It's moments away from Trevi Fountain, shopping and restaurants. Brand new AC installed the day we arrived. perfect timing for.a week over 40.

Cons: The property could use some repairs and upgrades. But this is standard everywhere in Rome and nothing that made the stay any less comfortable.

Penthouse suite in Rome City Centre with fantastic outdoor space.

Pros: Spacious apartment with everything you need for a 5 day city break. 4 adults in our group with separate bedrooms and bathrooms. kitchen is compact but well stocked. The outdoor space was absolutely amazing, especially in the centre of Rome and just a 100yards from The Trevi Fountain.

Awesome apartment and location.

Pros: The location was perfect for us. It's very close to Trevi Fountain which means there are lots of tourists around all the time. We were able to walk to many of the sites we wanted to visit. The view of Rome from the apartment was incredible. It's close to grocery stores and restaurants which is always nice when you're not in a hotel.

Pros: Romantik und Glanz vergangener Tage im Zentrum der ewigen Stadt. Von den ursprünglichen Eigentümern liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtetes Apartment. Sie müssen sehr wohlhabend gewesen sein. Hochwertiges Parkett, teure Möbel, Marmorbad mit goldenen Armaturen, wertige Einbauschränke, gepflegte Planzen auf jeder der drei Terrassenebenen. Es wirkt, als seien diese Leute erst kürzlich ausgezogen (der angebrochene Limoncello steht noch in der Küche, überall persönliche Dekoartikel und Gegenstände). Diese Menschen und auch ihr Apartment hatten ihren Zenit aber sicher vor einigen Jahrzehnten. Der Zahn der Zeit ist deutlich erkennbar. Aber genau das gefiel uns. Rombesucher sind Vintage-Freunde. Es war uns eine Ehre Signore e Signorina X.

Cons: Der Einfluss der Vermietung ist deutlich sichtbar. Das empfindliche Parkett, sicher über Jahre von den Eigentümern gut gepflegt, zeigt Zeichen der Zerstörung durch Möbelrücken durch den aktuellen Vermieter (insbesondere im oberen Schlafzimmer) und Straßenschuhe der Mieter. Die liebevoll gepflegten Pflanzen benötigen tägliche Pflege und sind nicht mehr so üppig, wie auf den präsentierten Bildern. Es wird nicht lange dauern, bis der Charme des Apartments verflogen ist. Wer es genießen möchte und Signore e Signorina X. kennenlernen möchte, muss rasch handeln.

Stunning apartment with gorgeous views and the perfect location!

Pros: The staff was wonderful and helpful. The location cannot be beat. The terraces are gorgeous and welcome oasis at the end of a touring day.

Cons: The softgoods in the apartment need replacing. Overall it is a gorgeous place and very clean. However, the sofas and chairs are very worn, the mattresses and pillows smell old and should be replaced. I covered the padded headboard with a clean sheet.
