Must stay better than hotel room if you are a city fan
Pros: Perfect location, big , great and comfortable beds !
Cons: The only thing is that the isolation is not good enough so if city sounds disappointing you I suggest buy an ear plugs and that’s it ! Rest it perfect

Great location, fabulous spacious apartment that is renovated to a very high spec! With that said, that makes it even mo
Pros: Amazing property in a great location, very spacious and comfortable for our group of six people.
Cons: My biggest issue was we couldn’t get the air conditioning to work. All 6 of us tried repeatedly across the weekend we stayed here and it just wouldn’t work. A shame because it was very warm, we couldn’t sleep at night with the heat and because it was in a prime location if we opened the windows it was very loud. (Windows were sound proof when closed but just when they were opened it was very loud as it’s a tourist area).

Overall, this is a great apartment in an great location, and we would definitely stay here again !
Pros: We had a wonderful stay! - The apartment was very spacious, and each bedroom had its own bathroom, which was super convenient. - The location was absolutely perfect, just one minute from the Trevi Fountain, and many other sights were within walking distance (about 20 minutes to the Colosseum and 30 minutes to the Vatican). We didn’t need to use public transportation at all. - Despite being in such a central area, the apartment was very quiet from the street, thanks to the excellent soundproofing of the windows. - The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, plenty of pots, dishes, a dishwasher, oven, and coffee machine. - Communication with Alessandra was excellent, she welcomed us warmly, explained everything clearly, and was always available during our stay whenever we needed help.
Cons: A few downsides: - The Wi-Fi wasn’t very strong. - There were only small bars of soap :( shampoo, shower gel, or kitchen items like dishcloths or paper towels would have been a nice touch. -The apartment itself was quite sound-sensitive, and we could hear some noise from the neighboring apartments above and beside us. -The trash area was located right at the entrance of the building. It filled up quickly with garbage from all the apartments, which made it a bit unpleasant to walk past. - The floor was unfortunately not very clean, after walking around, our socks became quite dirty, and our baby, who spent time playing on the floor, got noticeably dusty too

Fun stay in the heart of the action of Rome.
Pros: Great location! Spacious apartment close to the action.
Cons: It would be good to have a microwave. A bit noisy at times but to be expected in such a busy part of Rome beat the Trevi Fountain.

Pros: We stayed at this 3 bedroom apartment with double beds, and bathroom for each bedroom, from July 1st to 7th, and overall had a very good experience. The location is truly fantastic – just minutes from the Trevi Fountain and many of Rome’s major attractions. The apartment itself is beautiful – recently refurbished, clean, and stylishly decorated. Everything inside felt fresh and modern, and the space was comfortable for our stay. They also had most necessities in the apartment. The Wi-Fi was okay – not perfect due to connection issue in Rome, but it worked well enough for basic use.
Cons: One downside was the entryway to the building. Trash bins were kept just outside the main entrance, and unfortunately, the garbage was not always picked up regularly. As we were staying on the second floor, the smell and leaking trash made the shared entry area unpleasant and sticky at times. This didn’t affect the apartment itself, but it did impact the first impression when coming and going. Communication with the host was a bit difficult at first, mostly due to phone connection issues in Rome, which made it harder to reach them quickly when needed, especially in the heat outside. That said, they were friendly and helpful when we did get in touch! Although the apartment’s central location was a big plus, the summer heat made walking long distances challenging. We often needed to take taxis, but getting one in this area was frustrating due to the crowds and limited availability – it sometimes took a long time just to find one. In other words, we had a great time staying at this apartment! I do recommend! ❤️
