Pros: Large apartment with two separate bedrooms - comfortable beds :) great location, close to everything on foot, metro station 5 minutes, all necessary shops next to the apartment, very nice and helpful owners.

Pros: The apartment is great, everything was comfortable, very clean and we had everything we needed. The apartments is full of light (with shutters and curtains if you are sensitive to early morning light). Conveniently located, with supermarkets and restaurants on the street, and bus stations/metro to with just a few stops to get to points of interest (Colosseum etc). The hosts were super helpful and did everything to make our stay a success.

Pros: Amazing location, just 10 to 15 mins away from Roma Termini. Loving neighborhood, trees, restaurants and cafe nearby. The host was incredibly kind and very responsive to messages (whatsapp). Great communication.

Pros: It is very comfortable, with a/c which is essential in august. It is near public transport and many sites. It is luminous and quiet.

Cons: For a week stay it would be great if they changed the sheets and the towels in between.

Pros: Very nice and clean apartment, within a very short walking distance from the Colosseum (15 minutes on foot). Easy access thanks to the owner's directions. It had all the necessary equipment to make our family vacation enjoyable. Close to a supermarket and public transportation. The metro is 5 minutes away on foot, and the bus No87 takes you close to many attractions.

Good location if you want to explore Rome for day trips!

Pros: The location was ideal with a lot eateries and grocery try stores near by and was walking distance from the coliseum. The apartment was clean with two beds and one bathroom situated in a residential block. The people were very welcoming and property had elevator access. The hosts were very receptive.

Cons: The property had all other major amenities but was missing an iron.

Férias em família em apartamento excelente, grande e central para visitar Roma a pé.

Pros: O apartamento é excelente e bem espaçoso. A localização é muito boa e bem central, pois estamos a 5 minutos a pé do Colosseum. Existe um supermercado na rua de trás (a 2-3 minutos a pé) com tudo para pequeno almoço ou almoço. Os donos (os irmãos Davide e Marco) são extremamente prestáveis e muito simpáticos. Prontos para ajudar em tudo e dar informações práticas e úteis para turistas. Recomendo 100%.

Cons: Nada. Tudo excelente.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung für einen Rom Urlaub

Pros: Es handelt sich um ein sehr schönes Apartment, welches in einem angenehmen Viertel von Rom liegt. Man kann seine Tage von dort super zu Fuß starten oder eine der vielen ÖPNV Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung (U-Bahn, Bus und Straßenbahn) nutzen. Das Apartment ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und alles war sauber. Check-In und Chel-Out verliefen absolut problemlos und wie im Voraus abgesprochen. WLAN ist vorhanden und schnell.

Cons: Warmwasser ist etwas unzuverlässig da der Boiler nicht immer anspringt wenn er soll. Mit etwas Spielen an den Wasserhähnen geht es aber.
