Presidential Vatican Palace II

Pros: The property manager was very helpful and friendly, and he made us feel very welcome in Rome. The room was a comfortable size for two people and many facilities were provided, including a fridge, washing machine and bidet. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear. The property is easily accessible via bus and is only a 10-15 minute bus ride into Vatican City.

Cons: There were some signs of wear and tear on the shower facilities and the light in the room was a bit dim, but there weren't any glaring short-fallings that were enough to significantly impact our stay.

Pros: The room is clean. There is an incredible cafe nearby where you can have breakfast. Easy to get to by bus.

Cons: Curtains - tulle, barely cover the window. Broken shower gel dispenser. No shampoo. Very uncomfortable pillows. They started doing repairs during the day, without warning.

Amazing friendly hosts and freat accommodation

Pros: Amazing property, very easy to find, walking distance to metro, Vatican City etc. supermarket opposite and coffee shop next door. Decent restaurants just up the road.

Pros: Il bello di questa struttura é sicuramente la posizione che è vicina a tutti i servizi principali. La stanza abbastanza grande e sempre ben riscaldata. Se mancava qualcosa Omed era sempre gentile e disponibile!

Cons: Non mi è piaciuto avere il bagno fuori dalla camera. Non mi è piaciuto non avere la tv in camera ma solo in stanza comune e in realtà non funzionava nemmeno. E non mi piaciuto che non ci fosse il bollitore per il latte visto che in realtà dicono ci sia nelle info generali.

Pros: Obiekt blisko do Watykanu, świetny personel, bardzo pomocny i życzliwy, jeszcze się nie spotkałam z tak dobrą obsługą.

Cons: Старая душевая кабинка, пора бы обновить и не было горячей воды в умывальнике

Pros: The location is about 20 minutes from the Vatican—close enough to walk there easily, yet far enough to avoid the noise and crowds of the main tourist areas. There are several supermarkets and coffee shops nearby, which was very convenient. The room itself was clean and well-equipped, with a hair dryer and washing machine available. We stayed for four nights, and midway through our stay, the sheets and towels were refreshed, which was a nice touch. The shared spaces in the apartment felt welcoming and comfortable, and we especially loved enjoying coffee on the balcony. Overall, the apartment has a stylish, cozy atmosphere. We never met the host in person, which we actually appreciated. Check-in and check-out were smooth and handled entirely online—the key was waiting for us in the common area. Communication was easy, and the property manager, Omid, even shared some helpful local recommendations. I’d absolutely recommend this place to friends.

Cons: The doors are kind of thin. Every time someone was checking in, or just entering the apartment we heard everything in great details. At 1am it gets unbearable pretty fast. And even with closed windows the noise from outside it very loud (the noise is, obviously, not the fault of the property, but it's important to know if you're light sleeper)

Pros: We like everything in that location in general and in particular the hosted person our friend Omed he was very helpful. the residence is very nice, comfort and clean. it was a very nice experience for us there. we really recommended to choose it when you visit Rome.

Cons: Nothing particular, may be it was a bit far from our conference venue. however, we got it easier by taxi service.

Pros: 連休期間中にもかかわらず格安で止まることが出来た。オーナーはSMSですぐに連絡をとることができ、レスポンスも良く柔軟に対応いただけて安心できた。新しいホテルで部屋も清潔。

Cons: ホテルは雑居ビルの中の1室なので、建物についただけではどこに行けばいいのかわからない。建物の中で少し迷ったが、オーナーがSMSで連絡をくださったのでたどり着くことが出来た。
