Great tidy and clean room near Vaticano.

Pros: The room is really great, the room was tody and clean, the building is really nice, an old fashioned but very well preserved. The room is all new with great shower, bed and great space. There is a really nice balcony. The instructions to enter to room were sent some minutes before the check in and were easy to follow.For the parking I paid 30 euros per night in a parking space in front of the building but there is another parking just after the buulding it may or might not be cheaper. Location is just amazing, 25 minutes by bus from Coliseum and 20 minutes on foot to the Vatican.

Good place, good location, good traffic.

Pros: No breakfast ordered. Coffee/tea/water were present in the room. Bathroom clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable. Public transport excellent to visit all famous places. Also to go to airport (Google was my friend in this respect)

Cons: Air condition needs attention. It works, but had to fight with it.

Pros: Very comfortable, bright and spacious room with a terrace to use and a common area for breakfast time We had great time staying here! Quiet neighborhood, kitchenware, small bites for breakfast, comfortable bed and pillows!

Overall really nice place to stay

Pros: The terrace was so nice we loved having the option to sit outside, good location we walked into the city everyday, a 20 min walk from Vatican City

Cons: The air conditioning wasn’t as strong as we would have liked as it was quite hot in Rome when we were there

Perfect in every way.

Pros: Very clean, very friendly people who we spoke to. Very modern. We really loved our little room with that lovely terrace

Cons: The area of where the apartment is isn’t very nice. It’s almost derelict. BUT it’s not far at all from the town centre! And the apartment itself is beautiful! Advice for couples and who ever else that don’t want to head into the city on a bus every time. Worth downloading the ‘ittaxi’ app… Uber is a rip off over there.

Pros: The room was really nice, clean, spacious and with everything needed. The terrace is outstanding. There is a kitchen in common as well, with a machine for the coffee. Bus station in front of the building, metro 20 mins walking.

Cons: A fridge could be helpful.

Pros: Very nice location just outside the center, especially the terrace and quality of the bed made our stay very pleasant.

Cons: Thin walls, we luckily had good neighbors but you can hear everything that happens in the room next to you

Pros: The apartment was clean and beautiful. The location is convenient, the bus stop is next to the hotel so you can go anywhere because the amount of transport is great! I really like this apartment.
