Pros: Excellent location and outstanding cleanliness! The check-in and check-out were quick and very easy. The bathroom is brand new, and the building is quiet and pleasant. Highly recommend!

Cons: The room equipment was very basic, specifically, the lack of a proper wardrobe/closet made storage difficult.

Pros: Just opposite bus stop that get you to central Rome. Clean with all necessary amenities. Host was accomadtive with our needs.

Pros: It was very clean, had everything we needed and was very close to St Peter’s square. Bus station is in front of the building.

Pros: Very happy with the stay - it was a walking distance to the Vatican city, very clean. The host was very helpful at any time of the day. Thank you!

An Excellent Stay in an Impeccable Place

Pros: The accommodation was very clean, tidy, and extremely comfortable. From the very beginning, we had direct communication with the host, who was kind and attentive throughout our stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which we truly appreciated given the intense heat wave in Rome during those days. Both the room and the bathroom were spotless, and the surrounding area was very quiet—ideal for relaxing. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience that we would definitely recommend.

Cons: The only downside for us was the location, which is a bit far from most of Rome’s main attractions. That said, it’s just a 15-minute walk to the Vatican—so if that’s your main focus, the spot is perfect. In our case, we wanted to explore a broader range of sights, and reaching places like the Colosseum and Palatine Hill took around 30 minutes by bus, including two transfers.

Pros: Great host, very responsive and helpful at all times. The place itself was comfortable, had AC, a balcony and clean facilities. Location was fantastic. We really appreciated it as a couple travelling on a budget. We got to keave our luggage behind and explore in the morning before our flight and I really appreciated the kind gesture as it required the host organising it for us.

Pros: The accommodation was very close to San Damaso bus station in Gregorio. The apartment was immaculately clean and we'll resourced..making our stay very pleasant and comfortable. The host communicated very efficiently and was respectful and very kind. I will certainly choose to stay there again.

Pros: The room is located very close to Vatican and to the bus station, so it is very easy to get everywhere you want by foot or using public transport. Room is part of rebuild apartment and includes private bathroom. The main thing worth mentioning is that it was very clean, what is the most important for me. The mattress and pillows are comfortable and the bed is quite wide for two adults. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Pros: Lovely little room in a nice area. Located only about 10 mins walk from. Vatican City and about 15 mins on the bus from the historical centre

Pros: A small but very comfortable room. Clean bathroom, everything in order.
