Vatican Garden House

A very clean and friendly place with about 20 minute walking distance to Saint Peter Basilica.

Pros: I liked the size of the room, a clean room, and daily housekeeping service. Access to communal kitchen. Great security. Safe place. Well managed with check-in and check-out, as it is a self-service stay facility. Overall, a great place to stay.

Cons: I am not too keen on online check-in with all the sensitive data, but the owner was able to assist with this matter.

Pros: My husband and I stayed here for 5 days and absolutely loved it. Honestly, I almost teared up when it was time to leave. It was so peaceful (no one bothered us) and the cleaning staff were super friendly and attentive, always checking if we had everything we needed. The terrace is quiet and picturesque, perfect for enjoying breakfast or dinner. Everything was spotless. The air conditioning worked great, and the shutters on the windows kept the sunlight out so we could sleep in. There’s also a fridge to store your own food. Our shower was outside the room, but it didn’t bother us at all. We never met the host in person, but we’re sending him our warm regards and thanks :)

Pros: Everything, smooth check-in , excellent location, and cosy clean room. Paolo is responsive and helpful.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: It was located in a great and strategic point, near the centre but out of it at the same time.

Cons: The bathroom had some little troubles, especially the shower which was clogged.

Pros: The property was clean and the shared kitchen worked well.

Cons: Shower was clean but small for a big man.

Overall, a comfortable stay in a great location!

Pros: We had a pleasant stay! The staff was very responsive and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The room was okay, nothing too fancy but met our needs. The location was fantastic, with buses and the metro just a short walk away, and the Vatican Museum conveniently close by. Overall, a good affordable choice for exploring the city!

Cons: The street outside was a bit noisy, but with the windows closed, it wasn’t an issue.

Keep in mind Rome was built on hills!

Pros: Nice and cozy, a clean room kept as essential as possible.

Cons: When we booked it, we hadn’t realized we’d have to walk uphill to reach for the structure. That was fool of us but we had very fun anyway

Pros: Nice and quick communication! 💞 The kitchen (shared by only two rooms, right?) was equipped and clean. Further away from the city centre, but close to Vatican and near to amazing caffès etc.

Cons: Just some minor things such as small peeling plaster on the walls.

Pros: The total freedom we enjoyed and the very quick and professional answer from the host.

Cons: Nothing. It was perfect for us.

Pros: Very nice place just in front of the Vatican castle wall. Very calm and tidy. Thanks for hospitality!
