Beautiful stay with minor glitches

Pros: Very beautiful house and room (Presidental room) with bath (unfortunately didnt have enough time to enjoy it), terasse, tasteful interier and comfy bed. Soap and body/hair losion available, as well as glasses, bottle opener and mini fridge. Modern key solution (through phone) and code box.

Cons: The phone key solution is tricky if the phone charges off (ex. when you arent alowed to take power bank to museum) + plus sometimes at the front gate there was difficulties with internet. There was non-stop dripping water in the bathroom sink and it took time for hot water to flow in shower.

Pros: High standard. Clean. Location was 20 min walk to St Peter's.

Cons: Location was not very clear. Steps are difficult if you have large luggage case. No issue if out walking

Pros: Excellent location 5-10 minute walk from Vatican museum. Local bars and restaraunt very good Room very nice and clean.

Cons: Property does not have any visible staff and all access is via remote links from your phone. Any questions have to be done via email and therefore not answered immediately or at all Our european plug did not work in the hotel and we had no battery left in phone. We were then very concerned we would be locked out of the room/hotel. .

Blown away in expectation.

Pros: Amazing space, the room was spacious and had a full bathroom including bath and bidet. Full AC made sleeping in the heat a breeze. Easy to use locks for the property. Lovely garden and plenty of spaces to relax socially if you travel with people. Full lounge and to our supprise a gym too! I could go on forever listing small details that made this stay feel special, All in all this feels like a luxury apartment in a perfect location for seeing the winder city without a premium price attached. The managing staff were very welcoming and gave us plenty of opportunity to report any shortcomings we might have found, Never needed to.

Highly recommended this place the location and the cleanliness. Just the stairs is challenging.

Pros: The high tech check in facility the only accommodation we stayed on that we can use our mobile to go in and out of the property as well as the location it was near to the places we love to visit. Very safe to walk around within the vicinity.

Cons: Maybe the stairs, it was a bit challenging. But we managed.

Very nice several days spent in a Roman Villa, that almost seemed to be all our own.

Pros: The facilities were impressive and they provided an isolated, quiet atmosphere in the middle of Rome (Big city). Security was exceptional, and Rossella was truly amazing in her continuous availability and willingness to provide assistance in even difficult circumstances. There are many rooms at the facility and also quite an impressive outdoor garden that apparently no one used (At least while we were there); so we felt we had free run and privacy almost everywhere.

Cons: The security was great but for us, it was quite a learning curve to figure it all out. There were three doors, each of which used a web-based entry system, however, some of this proved complicated. However, Rossella was always there and she provided cheerful and very useful assistance during times of difficulty. The isolated location had its downside since it is not possible to drive to the entry point. There is an outdoor flight of stairs that must be scaled, so if you have heavy luggage, be forewarned. There also may be several more staircases to climb, inside the building, depending on which room you choose.

Great property, if you want to have a romantic place to stay. Will highly recommend

Pros: Lovely property, big room ( we stayed in presidential suit), nicely decorated, balcony. Very clean, comfortable bed. Good location to get to the centre and all amenities. Rossella the receptionist was very helpful with checking in all the info we needed. Definitely will consider staying there again.

Well decorated and in a great location. The room is a good size and whole place has a relaxing vibe.

Pros: We loved the illuminated bath tub in the room. The villa is in a great location and the garden is surprisingly good size in that area. Close to Vatican and Cipro metro station. Good restaurants and cafes nearby.

Cons: Comfort is a very subjective topic. My wife had no problem with the matrasse, but they were too soft for my taste (and weight - 108 kg). I didn't aske for a sturdier matrasse, to be fair. The pre-packed toast and no vegetables was a bit of a let-down, but we used them as afternoon snacks so I think we've made the best of it. Shower cubicle is kind of small, but there is a bath tub, so it's not that big of a problem.

Très agréable pour une escapade à Rome

Pros: Magnifique cadre verdoyant, très beau jardin à l'ambiance exotique et relaxante. Très belle chambre (nous avions réservé la Suite Deluxe), très propre, bien équipée, et à la décoration très agréable. Literie extrêmement confortable. Le fait d'avoir une baignoire avec éclairage coloré à LED dans la chambre (en plus de la salle de bain) est un gros plus très agréable.

Cons: La description évoque un petit déjeuner italien, mais au final il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner inclus. Le jacuzzi (indiqué comme équipement) était fermé. La salle commune avec billard semblait fermée également. En points de détail: la machine à café semble défectueuse (elle fuit) et la douche est légèrement bouchée.
