Spacious, authentic, romantic, cozy, diverse, close to the center, great experience

Pros: The apartment is old-fashioned, beautiful, authentic and completely romantic. I chose it over others precisely because of this. It is much better than a modern and boring hotel. The hostess's attitude is simply charming and warm. It is very close to the center of Rome, 5 minutes from the main streets. The apartment is also spacious, clean, and interesting in design. The spacious, varied, and luxurious shower and bath room was my favorite room. In short, we left very satisfied. :)

Cons: There is not much sunlight due to the outdated construction but the overall authentic and positive experience completely makes up for it. The shower head is weak and the bathtub is clogged, but this is something that can be easily fixed to perfection.

Good value for money!

Pros: Lots of space! Perfect location for sightseeing we could get everywhere easily! Good communication with a host.

Pros: Badewanne, Bett, gute Lage, sehr aufmerksame und schnelle Betreuung, sehr groß Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden

Cons: Wenige Kleinigkeiten die einfach zu lösen sind: Leider nur oberflächlich sauber gemacht worden (Müll und Haare von Vorgängern), manche Sachen z.B. Badezimmer Wand könnten renoviert werden, Kühlschrank könnte ein bisschen größer sein

Lindo apartamento em Roma

Pros: Localização ótima. Apartamento inteiro, espaçoso e com uma pequena cozinha. O banheiro é bem e espaçoso. Francesco e Romina foram muito atenciosos!

Cons: O banheiro precisa de poucos reparos nas paredes.

Pros: Lekker appartement, veel ruimte. Kwartiertje van centrum, prima locatie vonden wij.

Un séjour cosy, pour un bon rapport qualité prix.

Pros: Nous avons grandement apprécié l’accueil sympathique et la disponibilité de Romina. Nous avons été ravis de voir que l’appartement était identique aux photos : un cadre cosy, beaucoup d’espace et de rangements, une salle de bain spacieuse et jolie. L’établissement est très bien situé, dans un quartier assez huppé et sécurisé. L’appartement est entièrement climatisé ce qui nous a été utile par temps de canicule. De l’eau, du café et du thé étaient disponibles dès l’arrivée.

Cons: L’établissement est une sorte de rez de chaussée - sous sol, ce qui est un peu étouffant pour l’aération et les fenêtres. Manque de lumière, il ne faut pas être claustrophobe. De plus, la cuisine est vraiment petite, surtout par rapport à la taille de l’établissement, ce qui n’est pas du tout pratique (un frigo minuscule, une seule prise pour tous les appareils, pas assez de matériel de cuisine (spatule, couteaux, planches à découper, sont inexistants par exemple…)). Enfin, il y a quelques moisissures dans la salle de bain et quelques odeurs de renfermé.
