Excellent place except the online checkin process

Pros: The location, the room, the facilities. All excellent

Cons: The online registration process that the property required for checkin is very strange. It asks you to upload a photo of your face with your passport which is so strange and looks so suspicious. Please change this is very uncommon

Perfect place for a city holiday.

Pros: Excellent location and very well equipped. Quite small but no issue when you are spending the whole day out and about in Rome.

Great vacation

Pros: very good location near Cipro metro station and vatican city, room was clean, Wifi is fast, kitchen was clean and coffee machine was very good

Cons: A/C was good but old device

Good. The host needs to renovate the bathroom.

Pros: The location is good. It’s close to the metro station Cipro. The host is very nice and the service is very good. The apartment provided the simple breakfast, but the last day they didn’t offer it. Anyway, we would like to have the breakfast at the bar!

Cons: The bathroom is not satisfied. The toilet can move when you sit there. The basin is almost plugged. The water went down very slowly. I found the lipstick’s shadow on the cup when I wanted to use it. Then I was worried about the cleanliness of all the cups and we didn’t use that at all. I tried to use the cooktop. But it seems it’s not function. The last thing was that we found the roommates when we back from outside. We didn’t know about it and we left the door opened. The sound insulation is not good. We can hear the baby cried always. The tax is quite expensive, 7 euro/person.

Pros: It was great. The first morning, there was an issue with the shower draining, but the contact fixed it within a couple of hours. The decor was nice and modern and placed excellently near anything you would need.

Nice room for a short stay

Pros: I liked the style and design of the apartment. Really felt like in Italy. Very clean! AC was rather silent and well-functioning. Very close to the tube station.

Cons: Too much stress on leaving on time. If late a bit, the door does not open as opening is controlled by technology. There were homless in the area. Some of them just ignored the toilets being close and made their toilet need just in front of you. It was disgusting. The area was a bit dirty. In the description it was not clear that we had to share the kitchen with other flat-mates. Neither us nor they had realized before that the kitchen would be shared. And finally some words should be said about the registration. I felt like being treated as the potential criminal as we had to disclose much of the personal information, take pictures of our IDs and ourselves with the IDs in our hands. I was not sure how and where this information was going to be used and I am still not very sure. I faced this procedure for the first time and I did not feel good about it. But perhaps some bad incidents resulted for this procedure to emerge and I am trying to understand this.

Pros: We didn't pay attention to the door password information sent by the booking, which was our mistake, resulting in waiting at the door for more than an hour, but my friend was very excited as soon as he came in and said he liked it here. Because it's sunny and bright. There is a shared kitchen so we can cook some delicious food, and the Vatican museums are a 10-minute walk away. If only there was a special place to dry clothes!

Pros: Awesome and very helpful host Ivan, if You need something just call him and ask and consider it is done. Very close to the Vatican, Cipro Metro Station. The room was excellent, cosy and comfortable.

Cosy and comfy stay in Rome.

Pros: Compact room nicely decorated. Has a separate well equipped kitchen which is shared with another room. There was a coffee machine, microwave and an electric hob. The flat is in a quiet area but short walking distance to the metro station. Would highly recommend the use of the metro for getting into other parts of the city for very little cost. Vatican is within walking distance.

Cons: The shower cabin is a bit on the small side but plenty hot water.

Pros: Everything was perfect, it was clean, we had many facilities. I didnt even realise how close to Vatican it is the accomodation, only 5 minutes of walking.

Cons: Everything was ok.
