Overall a really good experience, Eduordo was very nice and really very helpful.

Pros: Location was very close to the metro station and vatican city

Cons: My friend and I find the city tax a bit pricy

Comfortable stay in a nice area of Rome.

Pros: It is a good location to visit the Vatican, you can walk there. Also, it is very close to the metro station.

Cons: Not easy to park in the area.

Perfect service.

Pros: The property was very clean and comfortable to stay in. The bed was comfortable, WIFI was fast and the TV was a smart-tv with Netflix. Location was perfect near Vatican and Metro station. Staff was checking on us regularly and was very attentive. At check-in we were given a map of the city and a great explanation of where to go to see the main places of Rome and where are the best places to eat.

Pros: Room is alright, enough space and clean, the location is perfect, only 20-ish minutes from Vatikan by walking. Also there is a little kitchen we could use in need. Host, Edoardo is a great man who waited for me & my husband even though our flight landed pretty late in the evening and gave us main directions about Rome.

Cons: Walls are not really soundproof, room next to us was a pretty loud family with kids, but that wasn’t too much of a problem for us, as we mostly spent our days out wandering around Rome.

Pros: The place is excellent for the value: clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location, just a few minutes’ walk from the Vatican Museums and Basilica. Edoardo is the perfect host: very friendly, helpful, and ready with great tips and must-visit recommendations.

Pros: Location ja Perfect, just off the Vatican walls and short walk from the Underground. The owner is really helpful giving us all sorts od advise on nearby shops, safety, Underground, places to visit etc. So kind od him to find us a parking spot waiting for us when we arrived. Deffinitely recommend
