Pros: The apartment was clean, exactly as shown in the photos, and met all expectations. The location is excellent, very close to both the metro and bus station, which made getting around super easy. Overall, everything was good and I’d happily stay here again.

Perfect location, good value and friendly staff.

Pros: Our second stay in Rome at the same apartment. Location is perfect. Metro very close and walking distance from the Vatican. Staff were amazing as always. Airport transfer was great and very convenient.

An excellent stay near Vatican

Pros: It was all very nice! It is very close to the metro and bus station - we had no trouble visiting the whole Rome starting from this location. Metro: line A Battistini - Anagnina; bus: 492. Also, it's close to shops and restaurants. The room was nice, the bed was confortabile and Francesco made sure everything is alright for us. Thank you again!!

Pros: The pisition is very good. It is very close to the Subway station of Cipro (100m) witch is very convenient for a travaller. The room is clean without any bad smells. The bed is comfortable on whitch I slept very well. The staff is so kind and patient. I will re-book here the next time I come to Rome for a trip. Recommanded.

A comfortable safe stay with transport in the doorstep if needed.

Pros: It was so well placed for train transport, near the Vatican. Lovely restaurants and cafes around if you don’t use the kitchen facility. Clean and lovely bathroom Francesco was amazing. Such a kind and quick communicator. I was a solo older woman traveller and felt really safe and reassured. He gave me great tourist advice that planned my day!!!

Very good room

Pros: We had an excellent stay at Flowery Rainbow! The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The check-in process was smooth and very convenient thanks to the remote access system. A big thank you to Francesco—communication with him was really pleasant. He was available, responsive, and efficient, which really made our arrival and stay easier. I highly recommend this place if you're staying in Rome!

Pros: The flowery rainbow was such a great surprise for us. the room was large and clean and everything in there was well thought like nice and large place for hanging our clothes and plenty surface to lay things around and organize yourself. There was a coffee machine! we didn't expect it as other places we stayed didn't offer that, nice surprise. kettle and little things here and there helped us to feel more comfy. The highlight of this place was the manager, Francesco. It was a delight to deal with such a professional, nice, informative and super helpful person. since the time we booked our room, we could communicate with him thru Whatsapp. any issues we texted him and he replied almost immediately. My husband and I have been on this trip for a while and we have stayed in many nice places with lovely staff. But our experience in this place was the most memorable and flowery esp because of Francesco.

Cons: we can't think of anything, it exceeded our expectation.

Nice and clean stay

Pros: The place was close to both metro and bus stops, so it was easy to transport to the city center. The room was really clean and comfortable. The staff, Francesco, was quite helpful and ready to help. It was all smooth and nice stay!!
