Clean, comfortable, good location

Pros: I’ve felt really comfortable in this place. It was super clean. Everything was taught of: seperate hangers for hair towel, body towel, and hand towel, extra towels in the cabinets in case you need them, Coffee, kettle, complimentary sweets in our room. Every detail was taught of. I really enjoyed this stay. 1-2 minute to metro and 4 minutes to bus station

Pros: I had a wonderful stay here. The facility and the room very very clean, and the host was very accommodating. The location is about less than 5 min away from the metro which brings you everywhere you want to go and maybe 15min max away from the Vatikan. There’s also a carrefour market which is open 24/7, so even after a long day of sightseeing you’re able to get some snack ☺️. All in all, it was the perfect stay for a three day trip.

Great room and with a great host

Pros: Friendly host, very clean, very quiet and great location. About 10-15min walk to the Vatican Museum. They provided some Italian snacks which were a small but pleasant touch.

Cons: There is a sign above the stove which says that the use of the kitchen is not provided by the guest house. We thought it was included by the description of the room online. So that was a bit confusing but not a big issue

Pros: Location, exceptionally clean room. Staff were very communicative and helpful. Common area had an espresso machine and kitchenware.

Cons: Low auditory privacy, the doors were very much not soundproof

Right next to the Vatican walls

Pros: The main highlight, of course, is the wonderful owners. They are very professional. Everything is clean and new, with complimentary snacks and coffee. The sheets were clean, and there was plenty of hot water, which is of utmost importance to me. I really enjoyed my stay here. The room is clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. The only possible concern is that it may become a bit loud during peak tourist season, as some outside noise comes through the window. The kitchen is shared with other guests, but during our stay there were hardly any others. Check-in was smooth and we were fortunate with transportation and arrived right on time.

Cons: This is not a significant drawback, but although there is an oven in the kitchen, it is not intended for guest use.

A truly wonderful stay. Even would happily return to Rome just to stay here again.

Pros: The room was spacious, clean, and very well maintained. Anna and Emi were incredibly warm and kind hosts, making the stay feel genuinely welcoming. The bed was extremely comfortable, with a thick duvet provided, which is especially appreciated as some accommodations in Italy only offer thin blankets. Although the apartment has three rooms, the soundproofing was excellent, and I could not hear any noise from other rooms at all. The wardrobe included a safe and a small fridge, with complimentary drinks and snacks provided. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed. The apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, very close to the Vatican. It takes about 10–15 minutes on foot to reach the Vatican Museums, and only 3 minutes to the Metro Line A station, making it very convenient to reach the city centre. The price was also very reasonable for the quality offered. The overall experience easily surpassed many hotels.

Cons: Honestly couldn't think of any.
