Perfect place to see an amazing city

Pros: The property was great a beautiful building and your own room with toilet/ shower etc. and secure door , had your own shelf in fridge and own table for breakfast that was set for you to have breakfast whenever you want. The staff were in constant communication and very helpful. The location was great 15 minutes walk to Vatican and a metro that took you to centre within a couple of minutes walk, plenty of shops around.

Cons: I am honestly struggling to think of a fault, I had no issues.

A great find

Pros: The host Chiara was very communicative and accommodating. She even gave us recommendations. The room was lovely and we enjoyed the breakfast snacks. It was useful having a fridge with our own shelf.

Pros: Everything was so nice. The host is such a nice and well communicative person, the room was very nice, everything clean and very good looking. I almost feel like this gem should be hidden, but I'm not gatekeeping.. :D I'm planning to go back to Rome with my friend and I hope this place is gonna be free for our days of stay. It's also basically next to a metro and bus stations, very accessible and very easy to get to/from both the FCO and CIA airports. Would absolutely recommend.

It was a lovely place to stay - we would definitely stay there again if we were visiting Rome

Pros: Chiara was very attentive - she made sure we were settled-in properly and on a daily basis contacted us to check if everything was OK and checked when it was convenient to clean the room.

Cons: The toaster was not so good - it really could do with being replaced. The shower cubicle is also a bit on the small side - we managed, but a slightly bigger cubicle would have been better. Not a big deal but it would have been nice if the TV had at least a single English speaking channel such as BBC World News

Everything you need for your comfortable stay

Pros: Everything was great - a friendly and helpful host, spacious room, generous breakfast with variety of options (cheese, ham, yogurt, fruit, toasts, snacks, cake, tea/coffee), dining table allocated to each room + a kettle and a coffee machine in a room. Bathroom was private, hairdryer provided. Great location, 2 min walk from the underground station. Thank you for having us, the place only improved our experience in Rome.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The owner was incredibly welcoming and provided all the information I needed, ensuring smooth and clear communication throughout my stay. The location is fantastic, with a charming pasticceria just around the corner and a market only 5 minutes away. Plus, the subway is conveniently located right across the street. The place itself was spotless and very quiet, making it a perfect retreat. Highly recommended!
