Pros: Perfect location near the CIPRO metro station, across the street a shop. Breakfast in a nearby cafe - hot drink and the best pistachio croissant :-). Perfect communication with Marco, recommendations for travel from the airport, trips, everything you need. Room cleaned every day, everything clean and fragrant. Spacious living in a blue room for 3 people. I recommend.

Pros: It was very nice, modern, and clean. It is within walking distance of all the main attractions within Rome (The Vatican, The Colloseum, etc.). Marco was an incredible host and very helpful and informative, making our stay even better.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t be more satisfied. Marco (the host) was very kind, really helpful, and responsive, making us feel welcome from the very first moment. The accommodation was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You can really tell that great attention has been given to every detail — from the amenities to the small thoughtful touches that made the place feel like home. The location was also very convenient, close to the metro station. Overall, it exceeded our expectations and we would definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Pros: Our stay at Marko’s accommodation was outstanding. Everything was spotlessly clean. The rooms are cleaned daily, and towels are changed every two days. The location is excellent — a quiet neighborhood, only a 3-minute walk from the Cipro metro station. Marko is a wonderful host. He responds to messages immediately and, two days before our arrival, he even sent us a detailed guide with recommendations for restaurants, cafés, and tourist attractions. Breakfast is available at a nearby local bakery and includes a coffee and a croissant of your choice. I absolutely recommend Ziani Boutique, and I will definitely choose it again on my next visit to Rome.

Perfect apartment in Rome

Pros: Excellent stay in Rome! Everything was perfect. The host truly cares about the smallest details and makes sure guests feel comfortable from the very beginning. He was always available, quick to respond, and happy to help with anything we needed. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The location is also a big plus — very close to the metro, which made getting around Rome easy and convenient. We wish the host all the best and great success, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Cleanest place I’ve ever stayed abroad.

Pros: THE cleanest place I have ever stayed abroad. Modern, safe, felt like home. Marco welcomed us very warmly, gave us a tour of the property, the keys and a few instructions. The cleaning lady was very nice each morning cleaning our apartment. The apartment itself was super clean, warm, with all the amenities we needed for 4 days. Each morning we had breakfast at the Siciliana, this place was only 4 min walk from the apartment and had the softest croissant I’ve ever tried. Thank you Marco for everything.

Pros: The location is fantastic. You can reach city centre by foot and metro station is only 3 minutes away .Vatican museum is only 10 minutes away on foot. There are many stores and restaurants around .

Pros: Really pleasant and calm environment. Marco, the host, totally helpful. Pretty quiet and convenient neighborhood, with metro station 2' walk away and a really good bakery nearby.

Cons: Everything was fine, nothing special to bother me.
