Pros: The Location was very convenient also staff behaviour was impressive.

Cons: From early in the morning, there was a lot of noise coming from staff movement, which was quite loud. Unfortunately, the room was not well soundproofed, so the noise was easily noticeable. Another point is that the building felt very quiet, to the extent that it was difficult to tell whether other guests were staying there or not. As this was a new place for me, this quietness made me feel a bit uncomfortable and uneasy.

Perfect location, comfortable room in the heart of Rome

Pros: The location is very good, less than 15 mins walk to Trevi Fountain. We walked everywhere in the historical center. The people were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a lot of options from eggs to prosciutto, mortadella etc, cereal, sweet cakes, fruit, coffee, juices. Part of it was available all day. The room was clean and warm in December.

Cons: Nothing to complain about

Pros: The accomodation is in a very good location. It is safe, clean and accessible. The personal are extremely gentle and accommodating. Really pleasant and nice people.

Great location, great staff, great room

Pros: We went to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday. The staff put up balloons and gave a cake with candles. It was such a lovely gesture. All staff were friendly and really helpful. Qe had the junior rooms which were clean, comfortable beds and great shower. It exceeded our expectations and would definitely go back.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Really good value for money.

Pros: This was our second time of staying at this hotel & once again, it was excellent. Brilliant location. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. Our room was much bigger than we expected & was really comfortable. The staff are also polite & pleasant.

Pros: Very good breakfast, very cozy place, convenient location. Hint: Available coffee and snacks free all day!

Cons: Internet coverage is poor. Breakfast room can get busy quickly.

Pros: Good location. The room and bed was good and comfy. Breakfast was nice and overall good value for money.

Cons: It was very difficult to get taxi out there but I guess that is a common problem in Rome.

Pros: Very helpful staff, rooms were clean and breakfast was nice. Constant supply of snacks and hot chocolate went down very well with the children! Staff got us additional bottles of water for our days out in Rome. Conveniently located, given a map when we arrived and a good explanation of where everything is.

Wonderful stay in Rome

Pros: The standards of cleanliness and hospitality are very high. All staff were helpful and efficient.Our room was very quiet at night, and we slept well. The breakfast was very good, and it was a bonus having access to the coffee machine and snacks all day.. The location was good, very near to Borghese gardens and on a bus route, which went into the centre. The A/C was good and needed as it was extremely hot the 4 days of our visit. We loved our stay here!

Cons: One tiny thing ! There was only 1 comfy chair ( a single sofa bed) in the room, so one person had to sit on the bed.

Pros: The hotel was in a good location near the trevi fountain, Spanish steps & the metro station. The hosts were very good with information before we arrived & helpful with questions. We had the triple room which was big & clean with everything you need. We were greeted with a drink & snacks in our room. We could also help ourselves to drinks & cakes each day whenever we came back to our room after exploring Rome which was a great help. For breakfast we had a good choice from fresh fruit, cereal, bread, cooked breakfast & cakes. We would certainly stay here again in the future.

Cons: Nothing that we didnt like.
