Amazing.

Pros: Location was amazing, situated right next to a major train station. Had easy, quick and cheap access to all of Rome and the airport. Shops were easily accessible with plenty of supermarkets and other shops nearby, such as pharmacies and restaurants. Accommodation was cheap and gave great value for money. perfect for students trying to see Rome.

Pros: We had a fantastic experience at Soggiorno Emmanuella! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond—allowing us to check in five hours early, which was a lifesaver after a long journey. Our room was spotlessly clean, as were the shared bathrooms, which were well-maintained throughout our stay. The location couldn’t have been better—central, with easy access to everything we needed, and surrounded by great local restaurants. We especially recommend La Famiglia, just a short walk away, for a delicious and authentic meal. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. Comfortable, convenient, and incredibly accommodating!

Basic, mostly clean. Hostel type acccomadtion more than hotel.

Pros: Bathrooms very clean. One has towel rack over bidet which might cause issues. Rooms smelt of air fresher. Close to main station.staff friendly.

Pros: Great location, approx 1 mile from Trevi Fountain / Spanish Steps. Johnny, from reception looked after us and quickly contacted us when a member of our party left passport behind...which he kindly held until we could get back. We had a 4 bed, room, which was basic...but adequate for our needs...just needed somewhere to put our heads down for the night. Beds were comfy and clean. It had 2x mobile air-con units + fan (which was needed in 36c temps). Our apartment was away from the main hotel, which was stated on the site anyway, so not unexpected. Shared bathroom and kitchen with approx 2 other apartments. Free wi-fi. Security camera on apartment entrance. Our area, also had seating outside the bedroom. Would recommend for overnight stay. Finally, Lime bike parking area just on corner of the road, which is very handy.

Cons: Bathroom was not very secure, which didn't bother me, but could imagine that females may find it a problem. Just a flimsy hook on the door, which didn't shut tight, and a large hole where I presume a previous lock had been.

Pros: Great location, 5min walk from metro station, we explored the city by walking. Air cleaners and heaters were provided at the property, staff very welcomming, early check-out was not a problem

Pros: Located near Termini station, clean room, no air conditioning, there are fans, it was a little hot at the beginning of September, the staff helped with everything, the kitchen and bathroom are shared, everything you need is there. Excellent apartments for short trips. Thanks
