Pros: The apartment was very comfortable and clean, and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. The location is excellent — on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator. There is a supermarket right under the building, and a red line metro station nearby. From here, you can reach any attraction in Rome in just 15 minutes. A great place to stay, highly recommended.

Spacious, well-equipped, and clean apartment near the metro station
Pros: We loved the effort from our host Brando, who waited for us in the apartment and personally showed and explained everything. He also sent us some recommendations where to eat in nearby area and was available online during our whole stay. The apartment was spacious, well-equipped and very clean, it looked exactly like on the photos and fulfilled our expectations.
Cons: Personally, we didn't like the appearance of the building's surroundings. The location near the subway and train station is great, but there is graffiti everywhere and the street itself is not the cleanest. Of course, this is not the fault of the accommodation, and we still felt safe!

Cosy appartment, an ideal base for exploring Rome.
Pros: Location was ideal for access to central Rome and to the Airport. The excellent supermarket below the apartment was a bonus.
Cons: A bit noisy because emergency vehicles in Rome are very loud. But that was off set by all the plus points

Nice apartment close to the metro station.
Pros: The apartment is located on the third floor with elevator. We have been greeted by sister of Brando, she passed the keys and explained everything about apartment and all facilities. The room was clean, well equipped with comfy bed and toiletries. There is a lot of space for travel bag and clothes (shelves, hangers, drawers). Downstairs in the same building there is a grocery store, very useful if you need something just in case. The metro station (Ponte Lungo) is about 100m from the apartment. The photos show exactly what the apartment looks like.
Cons: Quite noisy outside but the owner has no impact on it.

Pros: Clean and spacy flat. Renovated in an old building. Quite and convenient area, next to metro and train station. Very helpful staff. A super market under the flat was helpful too.
Cons: I think the price was more for something without breakfast, and the area close to the apartment was a bit of dark and with a lot of foreigners. Many times, the main door of the building wasn't closed.

Perfect Roman Getaway — Beautiful Apartment and Super Helpful Host!
Pros: Our stay in Rome was absolutely amazing! The apartment was gorgeous — beautifully renovated, stylish, and super comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center and only 170 meters from the metro, which made exploring the city so easy. The host was simply wonderful — always friendly, responsive, and full of fantastic restaurant recommendations that really made our trip special. The only small thing to mention is that you can hear some street noise at night, but honestly, it didn’t bother us much at all. We had such a fantastic time and would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome!

Pros: Everything! Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, hosts were friendly and welcoming, great location being so close to the metro. We even managed to walk to the coliseum from the property (takes about 40minutes) which was a lovely walk. Supermarket right underneath was a great comfort as well.
Cons: As some others mentioned it is on a busy road so traffic noise can be a little noisey. It’s more of a constant hum as opposed to people yelling or sirens or that kind of thing so really didn’t bother us. Easily drowned out by the aircon if you have that on at night 😊

Pros: Very clean, bigger than what I expected. Bed and bathroon were excellent and super confortable. Owner, Brando, was very helpfull and available (he even hooked us up with a taxi to the airport at 2 am). Its not central, but its right next to a subway station.Since its impossible to walk around Rome, you have to use subway anyway.
Cons: Nothing, its a very good choice in Rome.
