Pros: Location is perfect! I loved that it is located between metro and train station so you easily can arrive to the Airport, Main train station and to the city center. Apartment was big enough, there was everything you may need during your stay and the terrace itself was amazing.

Cons: One disappointing think is the water in the bathroom. I understand when an apartment on the 11th floor there can be problems with water pressure. But this can be solved by installing an additional motor. I think the owner will do this in the future for the convenience of his guests.

MOST EXCELLENT EFFICIENCY UNIT THAT ADDED TO AN EXCELLENT VACATION STAY

Pros: VERY EFFICIENT UNIT WITH GREAT VIEWS FROM THE BALCONY. VERY ROOMY COMPARED TO A REGULAR HOTEL ROOM.

Cons: NO CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO USE THE HEATER. WE WERE VERY COLD THE FIRST NIGHT. WE GOT THE INSTRUCTIONS BUT THEN HAD A PROBLEM REGULATING THE HEAT. THE UNIT WAS SO GREAT THAT WE MADE DO WITH THE HEAT SITUATION. THEY SHOULD HAVE HAD AN EXTRA BLANKET IN THE UNIT IN CASE THERE IS A PROBLEM USING THE HEATING UNIT. DOOR CODE SOMETIME DIFFICULT TO USE.

Pros: Byt se nachází velmi blízko stanice metra Ponte Lungo, asi 5 minut chůze, odkud rychle se dostanete do centra města. Par kroku od ubytování je dobrý mini market, našli jsme v něm vše co nám bylo potřeba pro krátkodobý pobyt. Také je vyřešen problém s tlakem vody v 11 patře.

Pros: Ich bin sehr zufrieden gewesen mit dem Apartment. Es hat alles, was es braucht. 2 Häuser weiter gibt es einen Einkaufsladen. Es ist ein Katzensprung vom Bahnhof Tuscolana entfernt, welcher mit dem Flughafen verbunden ist. Auch die Metro Station Ponte Lungo befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Cons: Es gibt nichts Negatives zu sagen.

X chi vuole a soggiornare in una casa vacanza la consiglio in pieno Terrazzo attrezzato con tavolo e lettino prendi sole

Pros: Struttura accogliente ero un po' titubante per via delle recensioni ma tengo sempre a verificare e come pensavo i problemi menzionati tutti risolti dall'acqua che viene bene con una riserva anche garantire da una cisterna acqua calda top. Accoglienza super sistema automatico per entrare in piena autonomia e riservatezza. Abbiamo chiesto info e la risposta è stata celere.

Cons: Nulla tutto molto perfetto
